Description de l'établissement
Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it on my first visit and I just knew it was for me. The property is 1/2 block from the main street in Los Alamos, CA. It's very private even though it's only right over the creek from Bell Street. The property is fenced and there is plenty of room to walk, explore, play crocket/Bocce Ball/Cornhole, relax, and enjoy a fire in the fire pit or lounge in the jacuzzi. I decided, after spending months pouring my heart into the property, the ranch house and the Saloon, that I wanted to share it with others. It’s a work in progress but already a comfortable place to call home. The wifi is good, there is parking for many, you can invite guests for dinner under the oak grove and have a drink in the Saloon and you might even see the resident bobcat or the resident fox family wandering through the yard. You're a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street across the bridge. The Los Alamos area was originally a Chumash Indian Village and then became a stagecoach town in the late 1800's. It's a short drive to the rest of Santa Ynez Valley and everything it has to offer. It still boasts the last remaining railroad station that serviced the narrow gauge line during the early 1900’s (across the street from my ranch). One of my favorite things to do is sit outside at the fire pit and stargaze. Because the property is off of Bell Street, you can usually see a starry sky in the evenings. Whether you want to bike, hike, shop, or explore the many wine tasting and restaurant options available, you’ll always have something to do. Los Alamos, itself, is home to some of the best dining options in the entire Valley and the people are friendly and welcoming. It’s a small town (I have to get my mail at the post office every day), but not too far from Santa Barbara and Los Angeles (to the south) and San Luis Obispo and San Francisco (to the north). It is literally taking a step back in time. Note...Los Alamos is rural! As such, there are occasional (2 to 3 times / year or so) unexpected power outages. The wifi is great at my property but it has gone out 1 or 2 times over the last few years on me, so if you absolutely are relying on wi-fi and would be very disappointed if you happen to staying during one of those 1-2 times a year when it went out, you might want to reconsider staying in Los Alamos!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Clean up (fur, etc) to avoid fees ($100 min.).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.Open to small "gatherings" and bringing friends..

Family wedding This property was great. The house looks exactly like the photos. You get the old west vibe at this place. It is very close to town, so you can easily walk. Also, it is a nice large piece of property so if you want you can just stay at the house. Also the owner is very organized. There is a book with very clear directions on everything from where to turn on the light and where to eat. I will stay here again.

My 4th Stay at Eagle Creek…and it won’t be my last! Eagle Creek Ranch is a better than gold bricks and ice cream. I work in a high stress profession and find it near impossible to relax. But, since discovering ECR, I now have a sanctuary. No detail has been missed. The kitchen is perfect. The beds and linens are lux. Each room is beyond comfortable. The grounds are charming. You can walk to amazing restaurants, tasting rooms, galleries and shops. The property owner is always available and attentive. ECR is the perfect getaway. Already planning my next escape.

Wonderful Home and Location Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The home is fully stocked with anything you could need and the grounds are beautiful with many gathering spots, a spa, and a very unique saloon. It is also steps away from the town with wonderful restaurants, wineries, and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
