J'ai séjourné dans un 2-Queen avec une chambre gigogne, numéro 418. J'apprécie vraiment le personnel. Alfonso nous a accueillis, a répondu à toutes nos questions, Marieta était fabuleuse tous les matins au petit déjeuner, elle était une telle joie ! Mme Mickey était également très très gentille avec nous. J'ai eu un problème avec la lessive et elle l'a réglé pour moi. Les voituriers étaient également super. La chambre était propre, il y avait une bonne pression dans la douche et l'hôtel est très bien situé. Le seul reproche que je ferais, c'est que nous pouvions entendre le trafic routier et une sorte de bruit de machine à laver et de sèche-linge au milieu de la nuit. Le climatiseur était également assez bruyant. Le personnel a fait toute la différence. Je reviendrai certainement si je suis à Los Angeles.

Il n'y a que deux tranches de pain et de jus de fruits pour le petit déjeuner. Marchez cinq minutes depuis l'Avenue des Stars. Il y a beaucoup de sans-abri en bas.

The staff's exceptional service truly enhanced my experience. Attentive and welcoming, the front desk team efficiently handled check-in and provided local tips. Housekeeping kept our room clean. Highly recommend for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Location- has to walk a bit to the nearest shopping mall with convenience stores. Nearby to metro station and TCL Chinese theatre. Basic hotel but good enough. Toilet in room has a warmer that keeps you warm during shower, great idea! Tried to turn on the A/C nd the smell was so musty , time to service the units please . Room is big enough for 4 person with hangers for coats ( over your luggage storage place) that is a great idea. Breakfast was basic but good enough . Value for money though. Receptionist was not as friendly though ( one guy who never smiles) . Laundry service closes at 8pm so reminder to do it way before. Need to change coins ( can do it at reception) for the washer & dryer(seperately).

Best staff in Hollywood area: thanks to the caring staff members who made us felt coming home every time during our stay. Hotel facilities aren’t the most comprehensive but we are grateful to pick this hotel with one freeway exit away from Universal City. Best kitchen staff Marieta and Veronica filling us with energetic morning; good Anthoney who shuffled our cars around every day and night and always greeted us warmly by Taria at reception.

The location is very convenient to get to hollywood. Walking distant but the parking a bit expensive at USD 45 per night

사진은 많이 못 찍었지만 가성비 대비좋습니다. 조식도 무료제공이고 음료,요거트,오믈렛,소세지,커피,우유,빵,시리얼,오트밀 등 이있어 든든합니다. 수영장있고 직원들 친절하고 밤에도 직원이 상주하여 보안도 좋습니다.

房間夠大 設施齊備 連續多天入住打掃衞生需要每天要求， 打掃的還算比較乾淨 去環球影城和星光大道都很方便 早餐比較豐富 配套有游泳池 樓下有停車場 ， 沒問是否收費 大堂服務員比較熱情 專業

위치도좋고 방크기도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 주차비는 다소 비싸지만 발렛직원도 친절하였고 할리우드거리까지 도보로 매우 가까웠습니다.

前台的女生服務態度不錯，但是酒店就so so了，空調的黴味特別重，酒店的附近不是很方便，幾乎沒有什麼餐廳，離開星光大道比較近，走路大概10分鐘，有一個很小的健身房，以及早餐選擇也不是很多，好在呆兩天

中規中矩，地理位置有一些優勢，離星光大道可以步行去，旁邊有一家超市和幾間餐廳，但這附近人很少，不知道為什麼
