Booked a stay at the Burlington Hotel for July 28th - July 31st, was unaware there was no staff at the hotel. Followed the instructions in the email for a refund. Dwell Management/Burlington Hotel promised me a refund and later the refund ended up dropping off of my Credit Card Statement. They refunded me, told me they refunded me, and then pulled it later. Currently disputing it with my bank now. Stay away from this “Hotel”.
