A little disappointed with no cleaning for our 3 days stay otherwise it was fine. Location is perfect, but parking isn't optimal.

酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

Ni Wi-Fi on the 4th floor. Only one lift working, and both vending machines out of order. Although heat control in the roll was working, it did not pump any heat into the room! Good location, but you have to pay to park. Excellent, clean room. Limited menu, but food was good, if a little slow in coming. Not generally as good as other Premier Inns I have stayed at!

The reception staff and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to help. A special mention to, Karen , Tamara , Sylvia and Darcy. Parking is cheap and situated incredibly close to hotel. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a premier inn. PERFECT

Quiet, clean, well maintained decor. Friendly cheerful staff at check in. Centrally located, with easy access to town centre. Parking very close. Great to be able to check out by 12noon, so did not feel rushed in the morning. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with my partner and two young kids, all the staff here were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast and main meal while we stayed here although there are lots of other places to eat I would recommend eating in house.

Good location for the university, staff helpful on check in, room was ready on arrival found to be good clean pleasant and welcoming. Be prepared as no on site park only standard local car parks. Come on Premier Inn at least create a deal with a local car park. Overall very satisfied.

Base for visit to Great Central Railway. Guest: old bloke with dodgy knees. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, allocated accessible room with wet room. Shower temperamental, not wanting to turn off, but sorted by staff. Bed comfortable when lying down, but rather too low, making getting up a pain. Dinner on one night, nice fish and chips. Breakfast OK, but service a bit overwhelmed. On two out of three mornings, I arrived when bacon was missing! Not the Ritz, but friendly and good value.
