A little disappointed with no cleaning for our 3 days stay otherwise it was fine. Location is perfect, but parking isn't optimal.

早餐永遠不變，但也就是典型的早餐。房間很大，集中空調就是擺設。網絡非常非常差

酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

Ni Wi-Fi on the 4th floor. Only one lift working, and both vending machines out of order. Although heat control in the roll was working, it did not pump any heat into the room! Good location, but you have to pay to park. Excellent, clean room. Limited menu, but food was good, if a little slow in coming. Not generally as good as other Premier Inns I have stayed at!

I had a great stay at Premier Inn in Loughborough! The room was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. Also a special mention for Sandra on the front desk who was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to help! Thank you so much!

I booked three rooms for my family but the hotel placed us on different floors. Do they not realise that families would prefer to be on the same floor? I booked 6 months in advanced so they should have been able to accommodate us on the same floor. I am not asking for rooms to be next to each other, just to be on the same floor. Apart from this was happy with my stay.

Great location, with clean comfortable rooms. Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite, especially Duncan and Gytis. The ladies at breakfast are very helpful and polite too. The food od in the restaurant at dinner is great Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Loughborough

Tamara and Darcy at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the unlimited breakfast each morning and convenient location in Loughborough centre. Easy parking across the road.

Great service & always an enjoyable stay. Tamara and Darcy were great hosts. Rooms are clean, functional and the beds are comfy. Stayed here multiple times now, and this is my go-to hotel when visiting Loughborough. The hotel is in a great location, with parking across the road.
