Good hotel with nice pool / bar area. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Only point of improvement is the bathroom, which is very basic.

Good size room, helpful and well manners staff. Only the shower to high up and not comfortable using the shower. Breakfast selection were good with local and westery

The hotel is well located in Malang. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room has a nice view of the water features and a balcony. All facilities are fine although the room is becoming a little tired and worn and could use a little renovation. The hotel restaurant provides a very tasty breakfast with lots of choices of Indonesian food and western food

This is a highly recommended hotel, and it's a great choice if you're going to climb Bromo. The hotel environment is very good, and it comes with a swimming pool and a gym. The front desk provides wake-up call service, and they will also pack breakfast for you in the early morning. The breakfast is delicious, which is important. Recommended.
