Pros: Outstanding breakfast set-up. American coffee pot, barrista to make you a special coffee, servers running everywhere, great selection of foods. Convenient location to downtown and a short walk to the waterfront. Cons: The elevator fit just two people, it was very small. Our shower leaked, it was very small and old fashioned and I flooded the floor my first time in. Lastly, we picked up a pizza and a bottle of wine in town with the intention of enjoying it in the first floor lounge. In addition to the breakfast area (only meal served here was the complimentary breakfast), there was a nice common area lounge set up with tables and chairs for dining. The elderly gentleman on duty got extremely agitated and upset at us for thinking we could dine in the common area lounge. We were completely taken aback. We said never mind, that we'd go up to our room. I think he realized he may have over-reacted to our request and then went out of his way to insist that we enjoy our food in the common dining area. We did eat there but the mood was completely shot. Too bad. That singular experience really ruined our perception of what was a nice accommodation.

We stayed one night. Room was clean and basic. Wi-fi ok. Staff friendly. Good location, walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, very plentiful, proper continental breakfast you couldn’t ask for more. Staff friendly and attentive. Bathroom small, but shower powerful. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Noisy corridor and walls are thin so you can hear other guests in room.

Low standard for quite a high price. It was very loud and you hear everything trough the walls. The first night there was a concert until 01 o’clock am which made it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The staff at the reception couldn’t help with information about public transport or other things we asked.

Het was een hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers waren prima en schoon. Alleen was het er mega gehorig. Dat was erg jammer, want ik werd er echt de hele tijd wakker van. Ook het bed vond ik minder fijn. Super lekkere koffie en aardige mensen maakte het wel goed.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti nell'hotel Internazionale di Luino. A cavallo di capodanno . Siamo stati più che bene , dal personale gentilissimo e disponibile alle camere molto pulite, tutti i giorni il cambio asciugamani completo. Il letto è materasso super .... comodo con il doppio cuscino su richiesta. Ottima e abbondante la colazione, soprattutto il caffè, mio marito partenopeo, e' molto esigente in questo. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per il parcheggio interno comodissimo. Grazie ancora a tutto il personale e Buon anno 2024. A tutti. Eliodora Zanrosso.
