UUtilisateur anonyme可能新開吧，各方面確實沒得説，當時看到地址寫的7樓，我還以為是住宅小區呢，好在他算是獨立的一個青旅。
電梯直上，很大的一個可吃飯可休息的空間，然後晚上會放電影，有一張桌球枱，還有空中花園，在桌球枱那裡上去，如果不冷，上去坐坐還是很舒服，但是現在天氣好熱，坐不了一會，可以有個風扇吹吹就舒服了。
進入住宿區前有拖鞋鞋櫃，還有一道需要刷卡的門，這樣挺安全的，進門裡面有一間可辦公看書的房間，之後就是男女分開的住宿區。
衞生間是獨立的，有十幾個蹲廁，坐廁，大大方便了不喜歡蹲廁的人，不過蹲廁有一次性坐墊，隨時更換，也很衞生，配備有紙巾和洗手枱，吹風機。唯一有點小缺點就是單獨的衞生間好像沒有抽風，有時味道會散的有點慢。
洗浴間也有十多間，有洗漱台，吹風機，沐浴露、洗髮水。
房間的話也不小，住的6人間，床有燈，有個掛鈎，但是下鋪牀板貼地，有時候有人動作大點跑過房間會有震動的感覺，其他還行，床品不錯，有晾衣架，大窗户，還有放行李的大櫃子，也是需要刷卡。房門有點麻煩，開關吱吱呀呀作響。還有外面走廊鋪的地毯，正常走動不會有聲，但是房間沒有，走動咯吱咯吱的。
位置也很好，出來就是萬達商場，各種商鋪，對面也有小吃街，公交也就幾分鐘，地鐵稍微遠點走路10分鐘吧，有共享單車，電車，但是電車不好停。
前台服務小姐姐服務感覺不太行，小哥哥還挺不錯的。就是有點煩的就是每天早上8點多發訊息問我續房，我一般都是早一天續房，也有記錄，但是還是問了兩三次，睡眠不好，沒醒都被吵醒。
飲用水衹在前台那邊，因為青旅蠻大的，出來打點水不太方便，不過走廊邊有販賣機，可能需要售賣的，沒有在住宿區設飲用水點。
有兩台洗衣機，免費使用，挺好的還分開男女使用，但是那張紙不太明顯，不知道會不會有人用錯。
這個青旅確實是一個很不錯的青旅，值得入住。衞生也搞的不錯，地毯也會吸塵，衞生間應該是一天兩次吧，很不錯，希望以後也能保持好衞生等各方面的管理。

IInvitéThe family rooms we booked were huge with 2 big bedrooms plus a smaller one which was a great play area for the kids. It had heating/cooling in each room that we could adjust ourselves. Beds were comfortable and the duvets were nice and thick. Only drawback was that it had no mini fridge. And there is no elevator so you do need to climb up some flights of stairs. I communicated with the manager by WeChat translation. There was always someone waiting for us when we got back which was so reassuring for a homestay - they made sure we were safe and even checked on our payment for our ride.
Location was down an alleyway right across from Yongtianmen - it was a bit of a walk from the metro station and too narrow for vehicle access. Instead we found it so convenient to use the 3 wheeled tuk tuks which could send us up to the doorstep. Cost was between 10-20 CNY. The street was lined with hanfu shops and many little convenience stores where we could buy snacks and the cold drinks we wanted. Strangely we could not get cold beer! They said it was not the season yet for col
Overall we had a great stay! It was a chance to experience living in a local community which was different from the usual hotel experience.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Luoyang. The location is excellent—close to the metro yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, making it convenient yet relaxing.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff’s genuine warmth and attentiveness. They didn’t just meet our needs—they went far beyond with heartfelt service.
For example, when we asked to reheat our takeaway food, they not only did so gladly but also presented it beautifully on a plate and delivered it to our room like complimentary room service. Another time, we forgot our clothes in the dryer, and the staff didn’t just collect them—they pressed and neatly hung everything in our room! These small but thoughtful gestures made us feel incredibly well taken care of.
If you’re looking for a place with great location, clean and spacious rooms, and service that comes from the heart, we couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. It’s the kind of hospitality that turns a good trip into a truly special one!

IInvitéCette visite de Loyang, la ”revoir le peuple” est absolument la plus grande surprise. La position est tellement bonne que la personne se trouve surpris de se rapprocher de la porte du ciel, et je peux aller à la porte de Li Jingle quelques minutes à pied. Vous pouvez sortir pour manger sans frais de transport.
Les installations intelligentes dans la chambre sont à mains de la main, le patron est plus enthousiaste que les amis. Il a des questions et des réponses qui partageront les pratiques locales. Le plus intime est que les vêtements de lave-linge sont particulièrement pratiques et ne doivent pas être traînés pour aller. Le terrain du toit est un plaisir inattendu. Le soir, le vent a regardé le paysage de la ville, et la fumée de la journée s'est épargnée.
La vie dans un lieu où il y aura des chances de se doubler.

IInvitéNous venons souvent à Luoyang pour rendre visite à la famille, c'était notre premier séjour à l'hôtel Rezen. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique, à quelques pas de Wangfujing et de Xinduhui, qui proposent tous deux des restaurants et des magasins. Le métro n'est pas loin à Xinduhui, c'est le point de correspondance pour les lignes 1 et 2. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique, ils nous ont livré des assiettes de fruits tous les jours et un cadeau après le départ. Nous avons eu une chambre familiale qui est plus grande que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, elle dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un lit double et d'un lit double, d'une salle de bain dans chacune des 2 chambres, très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais pas beaucoup de nourriture occidentale, principalement chinoise, ce qui nous convenait bien. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien, laverie gratuite au 4e étage. Dans l'ensemble, très bon hôtel et je le recommande vivement aux autres voyageurs.

LLian SerWe booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang.
Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet.
Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options.
Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel.
Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

VVelin PohLe propriétaire de la maison d'hôtes 小杨 est un jeune homme très gentil et sympathique. Il a été très utile pour donner des conseils sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants et comment se déplacer. Il nous a même aidés à acheter en ligne nos billets d'entrée à 白马寺 lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes pour accéder au site officiel local. Merci encore 👍🏼🙏🏼
Étant une famille d'accueil locale, la partie propreté peut être encore améliorée car le sol de notre chambre était poussiéreux dans les coins et aussi avec des empreintes de pas lors de l'enregistrement. Cependant, 保洁阿姨 (tante de ménage) a réussi à nettoyer notre sol le lendemain après que nous ayons fait part de nos commentaires au propriétaire et plus de problème après cela. Je suggérerais également que les coins de la chambre, les dessus de table et la tête de lit soient vérifiés pour les maintenir exempts de poussière et de cheveux. Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et 4 nuits dans cet endroit.
La chambre avait une belle vue sur 丽景门 qui nous donnait l'impression d'avoir voyagé dans le temps. Pas aussi bruyant que ce à quoi nous nous attendions avant notre séjour d'après les commentaires laissés par d'autres clients.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié le séjour avec l'hospitalité chaleureuse de l'hôte et de la tante de ménage. La tante a été très gentille avec nous et nous a rappelé tous les jours de rester et de porter des vêtements suffisamment chauds car la température est devenue froide à mi-chemin pendant notre séjour à Luoyang. HHappy PatronOverall the stay is comfortable, beds and pillows are nice. The split level is nice but not very safe for children or elderly as there is no rail. There is a nice size living room area, it's bright and windows are very large, there is a couch and projector TV with large screen but it is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom doesn't have enclosed shower so water flows onto the ground. There is a large full size refrigerator that works well, a kitchen sink, and counter area, a table that doubles as an electric mahjong table, no microwave, there is a washer but no dryer and it is located on a different floor so not very convenient and you need to ask for how to get into that apartment and there is only one to share. The sound insulation is poor, you could hear people talking and very early in the morning you can always hear when the garbage is being dumped daily. When the doors and windows are closed, we could hear someone playing the guitar and singing at 1am. There are mosquitos that come in from the hallway and windows, if you don't close them. The location was good as far as being located near restaurants and a mall and a park nearby. Most importantly Service was especially slow and there is no front desk so the only way to communicate is via WeChat and it took quite a while for the owner to get back and often not all the questions or concerns were addressed. When we arrived there were not enough bath towels, just one bath towel for 4 people. The boss was nice to get us more slippers as we asked including a paid of children's slippers. The floor is very slippery, so it's good to have slippers to wear. We were directed to get whatever we needed from bags in the hallway and inside locked cabinets such as water, toilet paper etc... But there was one day someone knocked our door to tell us that the bags needed to be moved and that they were in the way of getting to the electrical cabinet. We let the person know that they were the hotel's and not ours. On the one day the boss had the apartment cleaned she complained that we drank too much water and were wasting it and our partially used water bottles were thrown out. The boss additionally complained that we might need to pay for a cleaning fee for small drops of light blood that came from a 3 year old being scratched by mosquitos, leaving stains on the sheet. This was the first time I encountered such a rule. We were told to put garbage bags in the hallway for pick up and it took about 3 days for it to be picked up, but only after complaining that it hadn't been picked up. For 9 days the place only got cleaned once with sheets changed and towels weren't washed, but we were given disposable towels. And it only got cleaned because we asked someone to come to clean the room. Then there were internet connection issues from the start, our phones couldn't connect to wifi but the TV could, until midway through our stay we no longer had TV shows. The owner didn't believe we couldn't connect to the wifi and insisted there was no issue, so it didn't get resolved for days until we complained more about it. When we finally heard back the internet company checked to find that the bill was not paid for. It took 3 days to resolve. The day before checking out, I told the boss that I would leave early the next morning and take the train. I asked her to check the room and return the deposit. (Because we worried that the boss would deduct the deposit under some other pretext, we wanted to check out with her in person). We agreed to check out at around 7:30 am the next day. When we called the boss was still sleeping. She said that we could leave, but the deposit could not be returned until 2pm. This was the rule. I was dizzy as a result and didn't understand why she didn't tell us clearly about this the day before? In short, we restored the room to it's original state, tidied up the bed and garbage, but after 2pm, we had to ask for the deposit to be returned.

Il y a un petit jardin à l'intérieur du magasin devant la porte se trouve une rue de costumes Tang et Hanfu, et derrière elle se trouve l'ancienne ville de Luoyi. C'est très pratique pour les petites fées. qui veulent visiter la ville antique en costumes Tang et Hanfu. Le patron est chaleureux et prévenant, la chambre est propre et hygiénique, et la chambre familiale est un bon choix pour de nombreuses personnes voyageant ensemble, avec un rapport coût/performance élevé. Revenez l'année prochaine lorsque les pivoines seront en fleurs.

Le trafic est particulièrement pratique avec la gare, la gare a un bus à la roche de Longmen et la gare blanche, la réception a une soeur importante particulièrement chaude, craignant que le chauffage de Loyang ne soit pas assez chaud pour moi, recommandé ici
