La source chaude de la grotte est très bonne, la chambre est propre et bien rangée, la cour est calme et élégante et l'eau de la source chaude est facilement disponible, ce qui est très pratique. Dès mon entrée dans le resort, tout le personnel de service que j'ai rencontré était très enthousiaste et l'expérience a été parfaite. Les frais dans la zone pittoresque ne sont pas élevés et c'est très consciencieux, je reviendrai.

The rooms were spacious with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast is just okay, very less variety of options! The location is just perfect and near to railway station. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, characterized by a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.
The staff members were very accommodating and eager to assist; however, it is worth noting that their English proficiency was limited, which occasionally made communication challenging.
The dining options available were quite reasonable, offering a variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
While the room provided a comfortable space, it did show signs of age. Additionally, there was a noticeable leak in the restroom that could use attention.

Room is old and unclean, apparently lack of maintenance. Didn't trust their hotspring either. Dispite of these, house keeping service was good. Overall a disappointment.

If you can, book a courtyard room, and not a room in the main building as they are noisy.

酒店大堂以原木色與暖黃燈光為主調，空氣中飄散着淡淡香薰，瞬間撫平了旅途疲憊。前台接待員笑容親切，還主動根據我們的需求推薦了私湯預約時段。客房設計簡約雅緻，落地窗外是層疊的山景，榻榻米茶座與露天陽台讓人彷彿置身畫中。細節之處盡顯品質。
酒店的核心亮點當屬天然温泉。露天湯池區設計極具巧思：竹林環繞的「清心池」霧氣氤氲，可眺望星空；加入艾草包的「葯浴池」暖意直透經絡；泡完湯後去休息區品嚐免費供應的桂圓紅棗茶，整個人從內到外煥然新生。
晚餐選擇了酒店招牌的葯膳火鍋，體驗了中葯熬製的湯底口味也是非常好吃！次日清晨的自助餐同樣驚艷，現煮的松茸粥養胃又養生。
這次三天兩夜的停留，讓我重新理解了「度假」的意義——不僅是身體的放鬆，更是心靈的滋養。無論是情侶蜜月、家庭出遊還是獨自放空，鳳翔温泉温泉酒店都能帶來超越期待的感動。已經開始期待下一次重逢！

前段時間去鳳翔温泉度假，體驗超棒，必須安利！
一踏入房間，整潔與温馨撲面而來，佈置精緻，設施嶄新且齊全，連細節都處理得很到位，好感度瞬間拉滿。
温泉區域更是驚喜，各類湯池星羅棋佈，有養生的中葯池、沁爽的薄荷池 ，還有浪漫的玫瑰池，滿足不同需求。我躺在温熱的泉水中，氤氲熱氣包裹着全身，一天的疲憊都被泉水帶走，身體和心靈都得到了極大的放鬆。池邊還貼心地配備了水果和飲品，隨時補充水分和能量。
酒店工作人員的服務堪稱一絕，從前台辦理入住時的熱情引導，到遊玩時的細心提醒，每一個微笑、每一次幫助都恰到好處，讓人如沐春風。
這次住宿體驗近乎完美，無論是追求放鬆的假期，還是尋覓浪漫的時光，這家温泉酒店都是絕佳之選，下次度假還來這兒！

家人們，這次在鳳翔温泉的觀景窯洞住得太爽了，必須在攜程分享給大夥！一到這兒，古樸的窯洞外觀就讓人眼前一亮，滿是歲月沉澱的韻味，和周邊的自然景色融為一體，彷彿走進了世外桃源。
走進窯洞，裏面佈置得温馨又舒適，現代化設施應有盡有，完全不用擔心生活不便。往窗邊一坐，抬眼便是青山連綿、綠樹成蔭，陽光灑進來，暖意融融，身心瞬間放鬆下來。到了晚上，躺在柔軟的大床上，安靜得衹能聽見偶爾的蟲鳴聲，睡眠質量直網上升。
重點誇誇他家的温泉！窯洞旁就有專屬的湯池，私密性超棒。泡在熱氣騰騰的温泉裏，仰頭是浩瀚星空，耳邊是微風拂葉的沙沙聲，疲憊感瞬間煙消雲散。而且工作人員服務特別周到，從入住登記到入住後的貼心關懷，全程都讓人舒心。這一趟下來，簡直太值了，強烈推薦給大家，來了絕對不後悔！
