Great location. Excellent service. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. Might be how it’s organised but feels like the variety and options are limited versus other Marriott hotels.

Avantages : transport pratique, chambres neuves, bon environnement, très propre et personnel de service enthousiaste. Inconvénients : 1. Il y a un problème avec l’éclairage de la pièce. Après avoir inséré la carte d'alimentation, l'alimentation a été coupée automatiquement en 30 secondes, comme sans la carte d'alimentation. J'ai demandé à la réception de remplacer la carte d'alimentation et il n'y a eu aucun problème. Cependant, le problème s'est reproduit tôt le lendemain matin. Vers 7 heures, toutes les lumières et les rideaux se sont soudainement allumés automatiquement. Après avoir éteint les lumières manuellement, les rideaux se sont à nouveau ouverts automatiquement. Ensuite, la chambre s'est fermée automatiquement, puis s'est ouverte à nouveau automatiquement, comme s'il y avait un fantôme. Je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix que de débrancher la carte d'alimentation pour couper le courant. J'avais enfin une certaine tranquillité d'esprit. Pensant que je partirais à midi ce jour-là, je n'ai pas recontacté la réception. Cependant, en tant qu'hôtel étoilé, les installations automatiques de base d'éclairage et de rideaux devraient en effet être vérifiées à plusieurs reprises. 2. La réception était confuse lors de l'enregistrement de la chambre. Après avoir changé la carte d'électricité à la réception la veille, je suis montée dans ma chambre et j'ai trouvé un homme d'âge moyen (un client) utilisant la carte pour passer ma porte. J'ai pensé qu'il s'était trompé de chambre, mais lorsque j'ai demandé, j'ai découvert que mon numéro de chambre était inscrit sur la carte de chambre que la réception lui avait ouverte. S'il n'y avait pas eu de serveur à l'étage pour s'en occuper, je ne sais pas comment j'aurais géré la situation. J'étais complètement sans voix. La réception ne savait-elle pas quelle chambre avait déjà été réservée au moment de l'enregistrement du client ? ? Pourrais-tu être plus sérieux ? ? En résumé, peu importe la qualité de l'environnement, je ne reviendrai jamais. C'est la pire expérience Hilton.
