Great location. Excellent service. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. Might be how it’s organised but feels like the variety and options are limited versus other Marriott hotels.

Le service est attentionné et le robot livre les choses rapidement. L'heure de départ était à 5h30 du matin. Lorsque j'ai pris un taxi, j'étais de l'autre côté de la route. 作為旅遊城市，除了龍門石窟、墓葬多，洛陽是各方面都不突出的城市： 1、交通混亂，作為行人我認為極不安全，即使在應天門這樣的大景點，東西兩側3、4車道的單行道居然也是沒有紅綠燈的，可怕； 2、根據河南省的愛國衞生條例，在河南省全境的酒店餐館這樣的室內場所，是可以肆無忌憚地抽煙的，所以遊客每餐都有極高的概率遇到旁邊桌抽煙，這就很不先進了； 3、服務精神是拚命搞錢，但是具體到服務細節上是很難説有多少的； 4、洛陽所有的博物館都捨不得開空調，遊客揮汗如雨，聞着人羣的汗味一路觀展，是有多豪爽？！夏季的洛博更是一個大號暖棚，這誰設計的？是有多***； 類似這樣的毛病可以拉一長串，但是這一切一旦與開封這座城市比較過以後，你會立刻就認可洛陽在全方位都強得多，連城市規劃、綠化都要好很多，因此跟現下的東京汴梁比過以後，洛陽“神都”的稱號在河南境內還是當得起的。 回到洛陽維也納國際酒店（市府西街6號），先説優點： 1、酒店設施非常新、房間與浴室都是寬敞且乾淨，舒適度不錯，這些對於親子游至關重要重要。 2、出行打車方便，地理位置不錯，就在洛龍新區市政府西側，交通通暢 再説需要改進的缺點： 1、客房打掃要用吸塵器，不要濕拖地面，因為我孩子在房間濕拖後的木地板上滑倒了。 2、餐廳衞生可以改進：蒼蠅有點多，照片視頻我不放了；早餐自助餐的所有自取餐盤上面都有油跡，確實不衞生，這類問題改進一下很容易。 3、早餐自助餐希望能提供瓶裝水、凈水、或者熱水，畢竟復原乳牛奶、咖啡、果汁這種不是每個人都願意吃的。 4、早餐熱炒，少放或者不放辣椒。
