« This hotel is located by the beautiful Longzi Lake, and every time I stay here, I feel truly relaxed and comfortable. Although there aren't many choices for breakfast, the food is very tasty. What impressed me most was the warm reception and attentive service from the restaurant staff member, Cui Shuangshuang, as well as the caring attention from the young female chef who makes the noodles. We were deeply touched by their efforts. The hotel manager, Candy, also fulfilled her responsibilities with dedication, fully demonstrating the professionalism of the hotel staff and their wholehearted commitment to serving guests. The only regret is that despite the lovely environment and the nice hotel itself, the surrounding area is somehow blocked off everywhere. Even going out for a morning jog is stopped by security personnel. This was very disappointing. If it weren't for the friendly and thoughtful service from the hotel staff, we would probably choose another hotel next time. I hope the relevant people will do something meaningful and show understanding for the feelings of guests staying at this hotel, so that this otherwise pleasant experience is not spoiled. »
