Easy to find and park, great location as only minutes from the harbour and town. Lovely old building, very comfortable, clean and relaxed. Best proper full English breakfast in a long time, quality food well cooked. Very reasonable bar prices too! Thanks Alex.

Overall a lovely hotel in a really good location. The hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable however our room was up in the rafters and I fully appreciate the building is very old which meant the windows and floor were quirky, the room decor was very dated. we also had what appeared to be a boiler or water tank directly next to or above our room meaning any flushing etc from other rooms we heard through the night. The room was very hot and the provided fan didn’t really help ( not the hotels fault) Plenty of tea and coffee in the room but the bed was lumpy and had a dip in it. The duvet was quite old as the filling had migrated into pockets as it was very sparse in areas and too full in others and no amount of shaking seem to help. We had to wedge a pillow behind the headboard as any slight movement made it thump against the wall. Breakfast was really good, very tasty and plenty to eat. The location is perfect for the town, beaches and the cliffs. We did have a nice stay but unfortunately not a good sleep. We will be back but maybe have a different room.

Had a fabulous 4 night stay at this wonderful Guest House. Really great views from the moment you walk out the front door. It is located at the top of the many hills that make up Lyme Regis. Cooked breakfast was a real treat, but there are a number of other options available. Both the owners were extremely friendly with great advice on where to go and what to do. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Kersbrook for two nights at New Year, while we visited Lyme Regis and the beautiful Jurassic Coast. It's a warm and comfortable family- owned b&b, with a friendly, helpful team. Our room was clean and quiet. Great breakfast, with a wide choice including full English, kippers and cereals/ fruit/ yoghurt. There is private parking at the back with good- sized spaces. Many thanks to Alex for being an excellent host!

Lovely quirky hotel but we were disappointed by the tiny room, en-suite and shabby furniture. Breakfast was very poor, limited choice for Full English and no pastries as advertised. The eggs were either overcooked or undercooked. Also be warned it is a steep climb up the hill to the hotel!

Lovely to met by the owner Alex - like walking into a place that wraps its arms around you - rooms cosy and comfortable - breakfast really good and nothing too much trouble - close to everything in Lyme - nags head and the volunteer are good proper pubs - will definitely return
