Built in the 1920s but updated with modern amenities, your stay in our cozy coastal home will be a breeze! This is a two-story cape cod home with a king and queen bed on the second floor and a sleeper sofa on the first floor. Our home features free parking on a newly paved asphalt driveway and stone pavers across the front yard leading to the front door. Here's what else you can expect to find at Cape Cottage: LIVING ROOM: 65” Roku TV for streaming apps such as Netflix, L-shape sectional sofa, closet for hanging clothing, board games. KITCHEN: Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockpot, traditional coffee pot), glass and plastic dishware/drinkware/flatware for a 6-person setting, pots/pans, basic cooking dishes and utensils. DINING: Formal dining room with fully supplied coffee bar and a table with seating for 6. Bar seating off the kitchen with seating for 2. BEDROOMS (second floor): 12” memory foam king and queen bed, ceiling fans, spare fans for white noise, charging station bedside lamps. STUDY (first floor): Sleeper sofa with full size sleeping arrangement. BATHROOM: shower/tub combo, sink, toilet. LAUNDRY ROOM: washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. YARD: 4-person hot tub, side deck with patio seating for 2, back deck with seating for 1, spacious ¾ acre fenced yard. PARKING: newly paved asphalt driveway. HVAC: ductless heating and air with remotes for each region of the house. SECURITY CAMERAS: Our cameras are monitoring the front door, side deck, rear deck, and backyard (pointed away from hot tub for privacy).
