"The bed was too big for the room which resulted in bruised legs from the posts at the bottom of the bed. The mattress was too big for the bed which resulted in me falling out of bed as it sank on the edge of the bed. The remote for the tv was taped at the back so the batteries didn’t fall out but the remote didn’t work and had to do it manually on the side of the tv. We asked for a quiet room and was put in a room which was on the main road. The road was extremely busy and even though it was extremely hot (we were given a fan) we could not have the windows open as the road was so noisy however even with the windows closed the noise kept us awake. The shower was very slippery too and the taps on the sink were very difficult to turn off. The breakfast was very good as was the service we received"

"Le restaurant est très bien situé, le restaurant est très bien situé, le restaurant est très bon. L'hôtel était un peu désorganisé - il a fallu longtemps pour s'asseoir au petit déjeuner, puis les commandes ont pris des âges et beaucoup d'articles insuffisants. Il y avait un problème avec la piscine (bien que très rapidement fixe) mais le personnel semblait très peu avec nous quand nous avons demandé quand il serait réapercé. Les chambres étaient de grande taille, surtout pour une famille !"

"Le service de la cuisine est très confortable et très confortable. Notre chambre était très agréable avec vue sur le petit vert à l'autre côté où nous pouvions voir les poneys se passent et le lit était confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons eu une belle pause et nous attendons notre séjour dans l'un de leurs autres pubs The New Forrest Inn le mois prochain."

Ormonde House Hotel ★★★

"Solo traveller with my dog. A lovely room but very steep stairs as we were in the top of the building. It was a heatwave so very hot! A fan was provided. Across the road and onto the New forest it could not be more beautiful! Breakfast was very nice but it was a little slow at times, not helped be me being a bit short of time . Shower was amazing ! Some road noise outside but mostly due to a manhole cover in the road being hit by bigger vehicles. It was manageable. Very friendly staff. And dog friendly and clean . a good stay and I will certainly return when in the area ."

"Nice cosy rooms above a pleasant pub. It accepts dogs but didn't feel it was very dog friendly as no access for dogs to go for a wee, no dog bowls or anything dog related in the room even though the dog was booked in. Friendly staff and the food at the pub was tasty."

"Je voudrais tout d'abord exprimer la bienvenue et l'amitié de la clientèle de l'équipe pendant toute ma séjour, ainsi que la nourriture était magnifique et bien présentée. Je voudrais mentionner que la chambre que je reste (salle 5) était près ou située à proximité des appareils (avec peut-être des fans) qui font constamment un bruit toute la nuit - le bruit de voyage/route était attendu en raison de la localisation de l'établissement. Si je resterais ici encore, je serais venue éviter cette chambre, car je suis un léger sommeil."
