We had an amazing experience at TownePlace Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Special shoutout to Kattab, who went above and beyond assisting with breakfast, and Mari at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind. The customer service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The suite was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for families. It included a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you could need. It really felt like a home away from home, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The hotel is very family- and kid-friendly. The layout of the room gave us plenty of space, and little touches like streaming options on the TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) were great for keeping us entertained. The staff were also incredibly attentive, even stopping by to check if we needed anything, and they responded quickly whenever we did. Breakfast was complimentary and a big hit with our family — they changed up the offerings throughout our 3-day stay, which we really appreciated. Everything was fresh and kid-approved! The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and had its own parking lot with free self-parking, which was super convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. TownePlace Suites checked all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it for solid travel and families traveling!
