OostseeI had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick.
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay.

IInvitéThoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

Le climatisation est très confortable et refroidit ce quarante degré dès que je commence. Le temps sort et le personnel est entièrement climatisé. Il est également chaud et patient de demander la route de bus et de lui dire très attentivement. La chambre est aussi large et lumineuse. En général, l'hôtel a fait une profonde impression. Il est recommandé de rester à la fois avec les installations matérielles et les services logiciels.
