Avis : Kaani Grand Seaview

Chambre spacieuse et propre, très bon service. Staff très agréable et très réactif. Bon rapport qualité prix.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon (si les chambres face à la mer sont réservées). Le personnel est très désagréable surtout (Lamiya) Elle vous fera combler car elle paie votre séjour et vous n'êtes pas le bienvenu. Ma suggestion serait de réserver n'importe quel autre hôtel mais pas Kaani. Soyez également prêt à transporter vous-même vos bagages du point de ferry jusqu'à votre chambre, car le personnel de l'hôtel Kaani ne les portera pas pour vous. Ils ne disposent d'aucune commodité, même si nous avions la possibilité d'utiliser les commodités de Kaani Palm en imposant des frais élevés, comme par exemple les frais de piscine et de douche étaient de 10 USD. Pas de service de chambre également.

Je dois féliciter Tiger, leur responsable des opérations qui va au-delà de son travail pour nous mettre à l'aise, moi et ma famille, et devoir régler certaines affaires à des heures indues. La chambre d'hôtel était propre et très spacieuse. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, juste à côté de la plage. Le restaurant propose une cuisine indienne.

Hôtel très propre et agréable. Fron Male 30 minutes et 25$ hors-bord. L'île est trop peuplée avec beaucoup de déchets plastiques, une île ennuyeuse.

View from the room is amazing however can get alittle noisy as the walls seems thin. Directly in front of the bikini beach, this hotel offer convenience for us to go to the beach. We were giving a room on 1st floor and we constantly hear noise of people talking and walking from the lift lobby/next room/corridor. Room prices could be alittle more competitive. Would visit again.

Mandatory New Year's Eve dinner for 90 USD. Hotel guests were offered a mandatory New Year's Eve dinner, a party with a band and a DJ. The dinner with all the entertainment was supposed to be private for hotel guests. At 9:00 PM, the dinner was interrupted and the tables were cleared. The party area was opened to everyone and a DJ came on stage. The private party became a party for employees and locals, at the expense of paying guests, who were supposed to get exclusive entertainment for 90.00 USD. Again, participation and payment for the New Year's Eve party was mandatory for hotel guests. Other people, locals and hotel employees had the party for free, at the expense of our payment. The bracelets that were given to us before dinner, for participating in the party, were suddenly no longer needed. Payment at the hotel is only possible in USD and not in local currency.

I have been there for few days. Most of staff are very helpful. You can book one day trip tour directly from the hotel. I booked a family room. The room was quite spacious. Best location in Maafushi

Beautiful view from the hotel, we can see directly the clear blue beach . The room spacious and clean. The staff are all friendly . Just check in process a bit slow. But overall it still good hotel to stay.

The hotel is in a nice location, right next to the beach so that’s a plus. - Daily service was great - Reception was ok, lots to improve. Starting by how difficult was to book the transfers, I tried calling multiple times on different days and different times and never got an answer, I would like to think I had the wrong number (google maps). Island tour on arrival it wasn’t given as an option as we were tired, we would’ve liked to decline it. We arrive before the standard check-in time so we understand if we can’t check in until the standard time. We were in the lobby for more than 10mins and we didn’t know if we had to wait 10 more mins or 2 more hours, we weren’t given a time to go to the room until we asked. Therefore we when grab a bite and came back later to go to the room (all this didn’t make my trip any less better but could be avoided in future). Front office team was great and attentive as they always smiled and greeted us, and asked if help was need it. - Restaurant was ok, food wasn’t the best and not to mention that the pizza is not made there. Breakfast options weren’t too many and lack some taste, some of the pastries were definitely made a few days back as they weren’t good at all. The omelettes were pretty good. The staff was very nice and polite in every interaction. - Room is nice and clean and very spacious with great view. The amenities in the room are almost none. It would be nice to have some minibar with drinks and snacks. Bathroom amenities were poor as well, no shower cap, no cotton buds, no dental kit. I also inquired a higher room category for better comfort but I was told there wasn’t any. Unsure if there wasn’t any other category available or I was at the highest. Very nice hotel and very nice people working there but lacking little things that make huge difference.

I had a good stay at Kaani grand seaview. The hotel is perfectly located, right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they could be better at communicating which facilities we have access to. On check-in I was told I could use the pool at Kaani palm hotel, but we I wanted to go I was told I couldn't use it. I was also told I could use the spa to shower since I had a late flight, but on the day I was told that I had to book a treatment to use the spa's shower. A part from that the room was comfortable and had a food view. The only thing is that the bathroom had a very bad urine smell. My overall experience was good and would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you. A few issues with service but nothing major.

Maldives win my heart because of the memorable moment that Kaani give to us. 1st staff : Suman was the 1st person i contact thru whatsapp. She very considerate and help me with the check in. Checkin were very smooth that day. 2nd staff : We had our warm welcome by Tiger at the jetty and he brought us to the hotel. He is very friendly and cheerfull and helps us alot with the activity that we can do during our stay. We choose kaani tour for our shark tour ( of course with a very good price). 3rd staff : Dipya, she was handling F&B, very lovely and soft person. Our breakfast/ dinner time was enjoyable with her around. Very clean hotel. Nice food . Will come again. Thank you 🤍

People are nice.The room is big and neat.I will reserve this hotel next time.
