Overall an excellent experience given the hotel is centrally located to great restaurants and shopping experiences. Make sure you check into the hotel before 8pm!

Great location at center of old-town Maastricht. Room was large, sunny and comfortable. Staff as friendly and attentive. Easy 15 minute walk from the station. Good value—paid less here than for other comparable rooms in Belgium and Netherlands. Variety of breakfast alternatives available—all tasty. Don’t pay too much more for a room overlooking the square since the view is somewhat obstructed.

This is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of beautiful Maastricht. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge shower and patio doors opening to the terrace. The location is perfect, looking out to the Vrijthof. Lots of lovey bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who helped enhance our very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Maastricht.

Hotel exceeded my expectations for a week in Maastricht. The bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower, steady Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The hotel location was convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as transportation. I highly recommend Le Theatre Hotel.

Situated directly at the Vrijthof and just a jump away away from the underground Q-Park. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Clean. Great bed. Nice breakfasts a la cart. Unfortunately no vegan options yet... the waiter however thinks it's a good suggestion. Would be happy to stay here next time. My recommendation.

We are going to a big concert in Maastricht in july (2023), where lots of people will be attending, so I booked this hotel on *********** since they offered a superb location and at the same time cheaper price that other hotels for the specific date. Half an hour after receiving confirmation of the reservation per mail and a welcome mail from the hotel itself, I was called from the reception at the hotel and told that they had no rooms available on the date that I wanted. Apparently they had made a mistake with their "availability on *********** so now they had to cancel guests". The excuse came across as odd to me because all other hotels in Maastricht at that specific date had higher prices than them on ***********, so I got a sense that they just forgot to adapt their prices on the site, and now the revenue management suddenly realised that they could get much more for their rooms due to the big number of guests coming to town for the concert. The concert dates was announced a week earlier, so they had plenty of time to adapt either availability or prices it would seem. But now, I have to cancel my booking and go for the higher priced hotels because the options are now super limited. So they cost me money basically due to their poor handling of their own accommodation.

We had a room with hot tub and the room was awesome. The waiter named Raoul made our stay even more than awesome, great person! If we would ever come back to Maastricht we'd come here again because the location is also very convenient

Dit kleinschalige hotel met royale, fraai ingerichte kamers heeft een fantastische ligging aan het Vrijthof met een prachtig terras op het zuidwesten. Het is schoon. De bedden zijn prima. En de kamer heeft een ruime inloopdouche met geurtjes van Rituals. Airco, TV, telefoon, kluisje en een koffiezetapparaat met cups ontbreken niet. Geen koelkastje, maar wel twee flesjes plat water. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie dat altijd klaar staat om je verder te helpen met adviezen. Dagelijks zijn er diverse mogelijkheden voor ontbijt (van eenvoudig tot uitgebreid). Lunchen en dineren kan je er ook, behalve op maandag en dinsdag. Maar in de directe omgeving is er meer dan voldoende keus uit goede restaurants. De prijs voor de kamer loopt flink op bij evenementen in de stad, zoals nu tijdens de kunstbeurzen TEFAF in het MECC en MABP in de Sint Jan. En later in het jaar bij de concerten van André Rieu. Komt u hiervoor, boek dan bij vertrek uw verblijf voor het volgende jaar. Gaat u na het uitchecken nog niet direct naar huis maar blijft u nog even in de stad, dan kunt u uw bagage tot uw vertrek in een afgesloten kamer achterlaten. Nog een tip: wilt u aan de kant van het Vrijthof slapen, houdt er dan rekening mee dat de terrassen al vroeg worden opgebouwd en dat veel leveranciers op dat tijdstip de horeca bedienen: u heeft geen wekker nodig!

Een klein hotel met een fantastische ligging. Direct aan het Vrijthof. Als je een hotelkamer boekt kan je ook een parkeerplaats reserveren van het hotel. Vergeet niet om van te voren je kenteken door te geven zodat je de garage kunt betreden. Het hotel is niet heel groot maar heeft ruime en schone kamers. Bedden lagen goed. Personeel is super vriendelijk en je kon zien dat zij met veel plezier aan het werk waren. Het ontbijt is in a la carte vorm. Wij hebben hier erg van genoten. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanraden voor een stedentrip naar Maastricht.
