Cela dit, quand nous sommes arrivés, nous étions allés vers le dos où nos trois chambres seraient situées. Les chambres étaient humides, mouillées et chaudes. Les chambres ont été lentement réfrigérées, l'odorat et l'humidité restaient. La salle de bain était aussi sombre et pas en grande forme. Encore une fois, je sais qu'un hôtel bon marché ne sera pas la meilleure chose sur la planète, mais je devrais attendre une chambre sans moule, c'est cool, et propre. "

"Le lit de ma chambre était abîmé, je n'ai donc pas bien dormi de la nuit. Le papier toilette n'était pas neuf ; il avait l'air usagé. Le petit-déjeuner était très sommaire ; quand je suis arrivé le 3 août, il ne restait pratiquement plus rien. Juste du café et quelques tranches de pain. Il semblait n'y avoir qu'un seul réceptionniste dans tout l'hôtel ; je n'ai vu personne d'autre. Je n'ai trouvé personne pour faire mon check-out non plus. Le pire motel où j'aie jamais séjourné."

"We arrived at the property and went to the front desk, where two female staffers were preoccupied with something on the computer system. Stood in front of them for several minutes finally asked if this was the Hampton Inn, which they said yes, and went right back to their tasks. Finally, we decided to go to the restroom and then return to the desk where we finally were able to check in. No one said hello asked if they could help us. It was as if we were invisible. Never had this experience at any place before."
