Terrible localisation centralisée entre plusieurs sous-urbes du nord. Très propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Bons équipements. Ayant séjourné ici plusieurs fois et peut le faire encore. Cependant, il y a quelques défauts. Les fenêtres sont si peu isolées qu'il était difficile de garder la chambre chaude - il a dû tirer les ombres et courir le chauffeur presque continuement, et il a toujours senti une brise froide qui fluit constamment par la chambre. Le matin, le gardien commence à baiser sur toutes les portes de la rue à 9 h, sans regarder l'état de checkout. Je ne comprends pas comment, en 2022, les ménages ne peuvent pas être informés des chambres vacantes contre les autres occupées. Il semble qu'ils essaient de vous faire sortir des heures d'hôtel avant l'heure de départ.

Il est très bon pour vous de trouver un équipement de service. Le lit était comme un bloc de ciment et la télévision était petite pour la chambre et perchée bas sur une credenza. Pas beaucoup à manger à moins que vous ne partez aux mysonginestic Twin Peaks. Le petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner ne sont pas ce que vous pensez. Je crois que c'était une farine d'orange que vous pouviez faire et quelques bars de snack. Je resterais ici encore ?

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m 45 years old from a small Michigan country town. I RSVP’d a room Wed and showed up on a Friday. The desk clerk told me she can’t find my RSVP so I showed her on the phone. She never found me, but rented me out a room for two nights after about 15-20 minutes of nonsense. Then it took equally as long to enter my room. After 3 keys not working on my third floor room, I told the lady to get maintenance. After entering my room, I discovered that the AC doesn’t work. It was 91 degrees when I showed up today. It’s now 11:22 and I’m sitting outside because it’s cooler out here than it is in my room. The AC advertised here is a LIE. I just told the clerk that I want to cancel my room here tomorrow and get a refund. She told me there are no refunds here. Calling the manager tomorrow as I will be at a youth wrestling tournament, Coaching tomorrow. This hotel is HORRIBLE. Dirty and nasty. No tp in public bathroom. Do Not Stay Here.

Arrived at the hotel. The clerk at the front desk was most friendly and helpful. I went up to my room to find it smelled of stale smoke. I found no furniture at all, no night stand, no chairs, not even a phone or alarm clock. It appears as though they are trying to upgrade but, sorry, not at guest's expense. I went back to the lobby and the clerk apologized several times and gave me a different room. It was better but is obvious that this inn has seen better days. When I returned the key to the first room, I got hit on by one of the employees (not the clerk), saying, I could sleep in her bed anytime. Yikes! I' here for two nights. It isn't the end of the world but I surely will not stay in this Red Roof ever again.
