Fern Residency Sarnath, Varanasi - An Excellent and Serene Hotel of Varanasi I feel this hotel to be the best in Varanasi on all parameters of location, service, food, ambience, room quality and amenities with enamoring and smiling countenance of the staff. For individual consciousness, the innermost essence is of awareness and the knowledge that such fine hotels exist in places like Varanasi at such an affordable price. This awareness is both the source of my own self pleasure as well as can be source of larger satiation of craving for staying out for those who perennially search for such places as explorers of newness in things. The hotel has also a very good restaurant which needs a visit by all the foodies who happen to be in Varanasi. The food is excellent and I got the opportunity to explore and savor some nice delicacies like Awadh special potato curry, nicely cooked stuffed kulcha, and very delectable gulab jamuns. My special thanks and regards to the Chef Mr. Jitender Pal, Mr. Santosh, Ms. Khushbu A, Mr. Vivek Singh and F&B Head Mr. Mohit Srivastava and his team for the way they coordinate and put in efforts to keep the guests cheered up through their delectable food. This hotel steals the march and remains to be a preferred choice for any discerning tourist in Varanasi. What makes this hotel stand apart from other hotels is the exquisite charm which is borne out of sustained and dedicated efforts of the team-head and the MD of the hotel Mr. Thakur, who incidentally happened to be there. It was pleasure meeting him; the person who has the innate quality of being so good at heart; so pure and spontaneous in reflexes that it does not take time for anybody to fall in love with him. It was very pleasant to meet this awesome, pleasant and remarkable *** - Mr. Thakur, MD of the hotel. I do not find proper words to thank Mr. Thakur who works so hard to keep connected to the hotel GM and his team to keep this hotel updated and keep the hotel flag flying high in the sky. The staff is distinctly different, smiling, welcoming and supportive. Credit of upkeep and good governance goes again to the team head for inculcating such suave behavioral habits in his team members. Fern Residency Hotel, Sarnath, Varanasi remains to be my second home. The affability of the team and its leader gives credence to the image of the brand Fern.
