Awesome experience, worth the stay, breakfast was included in our stay, staff is well mannered.

Very nice staff and being the only and best hotel in this area makes it easy but with a high standard Unfortunately the ongoing construction besides makes some noise but it’s covered well by the hospitality of the staff and also having great offers

Very polite staff and good service, nice food provided. The location is near to industrial park which is convenient for many business travelers.

Second time occupied Courtyard, we hv alloted Room No:501 …..wonderful suite, very specious and found the in-house services maintained at its bst….the innocent hard working courteous Mr. Dhiraj Joshi fr Uttarakhand & Mr.Prahlad were very helpful & did’t leave any stone unturned to keep our second visit also memorable…. Dt.11.01.25 ———————————————————- Pune is a place @ my second home, having its beautiful weather & people. One can hv a stay here for a couple of days before moving to any other other place nearby. One can hv a beautiful stay here at Courtyard by Marriott, though it is situated at a distance morethan 25 km away fr airport. Well managed hotel with courteous staff, hv a look @ lobby & dinning restaurant

The food and service in this hotel is somenof the best I have experienced. I am 10 nights into a 14 night stay and the hotel staff are the best I have known. Anushka in the lounge gives the warmest welcome makes sure my beers are nice and cold. Chef Parmar and Chef Vikram are genuis in the kitchen and very happy to share how they make such fabulous food. Pravnav and his colleagues on the front desk take care of everything, including medical emergencies. This is my first time in India and this is the perfect hotel to feel safe, welcome and also learn something of India from the team.

We (4 of us) stayed at Courtyard Chakan for 2 nights over the weekend. Starting from the front desk (Suhas, Tanuja) to the lounge (Anushka) to the MoMo Cafe (Pranali, Prathmesh, Omkar, Yogendra & Akshay) the entire team went out of their way to take superb care of us. Always making sure that we were comfortable. Special word of Thanks for Chef Vikram Patil - he curated special meals for us catering to our request for Maharashtrian & other cuisines. He’s an amazingly good Chef. Gastronomic excellence. A pleasing personality too - always greeted us with a smile. I have only written the names which I remember - my apologies to those whose names I have forgotten. Must repeat that the entire team - security at the gate, front desk, house keeping, lounge, MoMo Cafe - was superb and they all richly deserve a 5 star review rating. Thank you, Team Courtyard Chakan. We will be back - for sure.

The Courtyard Marriott in Chakan is very convenientely localed in the industrial area and this is why my colleagues recommended it. When we arrived, we were amazed by the kindness and efficiency of the people working there in all functions. At the reception: Suhas can handle any query in a very fast manner. Rohit is also very good. At the gym: Sunny always keeps the room in order. Housekeeping: Tushar and his team maintain the room in a great clean and comfortable condition. They also do great laundry services. At the restaurant: Manju is impressive and remembers all guests, their rooms and finds you a table for the size of your group without having to ask you how many we are. Yogendra and the rest of the team at the table service are amazing as well. Kitchen: this is the highlight since we always went for the breakfast and dinner buffet. The food is of vey high quality, a lot of diversity in the Indian cuisine from all regions and also international western and Chinese style food. Chef Vikram Patel does an amazing job in creativity and keeps checking if there is any special dish we wanted. His recommendations were always great and the kitchen team is the best I have seen in a hotel for a long time. Spa: great service for a good price. To summarise: this is the best hotel I have seen for a long time thanks to a very kind, efficient, dynamic and energising team of great people. Kudos to all of you!
