The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

Je suis toujours très satisfait par les hôtels Travelodge. Celui de Maidstone est moderne, très bien placé et avec un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont confortables et bien insonorisées malgré la route très proche.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hard slab with lumps. The pillows have a very similar feel. The room looked appealing until the dust wafted when you moved around. Breakfast was raw, bacon looked like it had been boiled and the hash browns hadn't been cooked as I think they thought they would cook whilst sat under the heat lamps!! Perks - You can watch TV when sitting on the toilet! I appreciate it wasn't meant to be the Ritz, but when advertised a comfortable night's sleep, and in fact, you get no sleep, it is hugely disappointing

The pillows are fluffy and bed was so comfortable best night sleep ever, Didn't get time to have breakfast as I was running late for appointment but it did smell lovely, staff are lovely sorry can't remember all there names. Looking forward to staying again

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Lots of tea and coffee to have in your room asking for more was received with a smile and was not a problem. Very happy.

dirty room carpet room was not made up during 7 nights of my stay wifi was pathetic 5mb/sec for £3 per day TV was older and smaller than my computer monitor with a small choice of channels and no HDMI connection Noisy on occasion outside On the brighter side there are plenty of USB connections
