Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel à 6. Les chambres ont été réservées par notre guide anglais. La personne à l'accueil n'a pas trouvé notre réservation dans son ordi. Elle a dit à notre guide qu'il a certainement triché en imprimant son document de confirmation de réservation !!! Nous sommes restés à la réception 3 heures avant que la situation se débloque. Il est inadmissible de traiter des clients comme ça. Je ne sais pas comment on peut garder un réceptionniste comme ce monsieur à ce poste. J'ai des photos, mais je ne vais pas les poster.

1st of all thank the hotel for giving me a room I requested. Reception had a lad on that didn’t seem to know how the system worked and the lady that did know just wanted to go to clean the rooms. We checked in at 3 and by 8.20pm we had 3 fire alarms going off. We were in and out like Bonnie Blues mates. Luckily we had no more alarms but at 2am a family were letting their kids run about so Lenny Henry is wrong and you don’t get a decent nights sleep. On to breakfast I would suggest you save your money and visit a local Wetherspoons.

Lovely hotel , with nice walks around the lake . Room was cool and had a nice new fan . Receptionist was helpful with getting us a taxi to party . Had breakfast was freshly cooked to order . Always stay here as sometimes a lone traveller feels safe and comfortable

The service in the restaurant was exceedingly slow. The food was disgusting and embarrassingly bad. Over cooked freezer food. I will NEVER go back! We had to wait so long and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I had ribs and chips, the chips were hard, the bbq sauce was bought in and tasted really synthetic. I don’t really have anymore words to say quite how bad everyone’s food was!

Always a cheerful greeting on arrival. Free Parking. The rooms are what you expect, spacious, clean and functional. Television, Wi Fi, Tea & coffee, little milk cartons with kettle in room, which you can replenish anytime. Beds are quite high off the ground but, fine for most people. On suite bathroom with shower is functional and clean. Duvet's are a bit thick, so can get a bit hot at night, great in the winter, not in the summer. No aircon, so can be uncomfortable in high summer. Also, no lift, so if mobility is an issue, would need to book a down stairs room. Breakfast is served in the Beef Eater next door. Good choice of cooked or continental available. Evening Meals and Bar in the Beef Eater. A great no frills, functional hotel. As with all Premier Inns, you know what to expect from your stay.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting my son . Room was really clean and comfortable, Lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and helped me with my luggage.Had breakfast both mornings and was really hot . Lovely walk around the lake with the family.

Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms perfect for a short stay. The dining experience with Beefeater has gone downhill. Food is ok, but nothing exceptional, and there is a long wait to be served in the evening. Breakfast is as ever copious and cooked to order in addition to the buffet items.

As usual the stay was pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. As a quick stopover the location and parking are excellent, not far from the motorway and 40 minutes ago from the channel tunnel. Nothing more to say as all went smoothly.
