"Cher monsieur/Madame, Je suis écrit pour exprimer ma déception par notre récente séjour à votre resort. Nous avons payé S$1, 175.40 pour 2 nuits, et malheureusement, l'expérience globale n'a pas répondu au standard attendu pour le prix. Au cours de notre séjour, nous avons rencontré les questions suivantes : La chambre n'était pas assez chaude, ce qui rend la chambre inconfortable. Aucune eau minérale complimentaire n'a été fournie. Les pantalons n'ont pas été fournis dans la chambre. La propreté de la chambre était seulement moyenne et n'a pas répondu aux attentes. La sélection du petit déjeuner était très fondamentale, avec une variété et une qualité limitées. Le séjour a été très bien payé, mais nous n'avons pas cru que le séjour ait une bonne valeur pour l'argent. Nous apprécions si vous pouviez réviser nos réactions et vous conseiller si toute forme de compensation ou de geste de bonne volonté peut être offerte. Nous attendons votre réponse rapide."

"This hotel leaves me with mixed feelings. The room is 3-star, but the breakfast and pool are 5-star, and the service is 4-star. Walking into the lobby and breakfast area, I thought I was at a typical Sheraton beachfront resort. However, stepping into the room nearly made me collapse. The furniture and facilities were basic, rundown, and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also subpar; the bathroom even leaked, and after showering, the room carpet was soaked. This definitely doesn't match the over 3000 AUD per night price tag. The breakfast and pool are indeed excellent and create a great resort vibe. Parking for self-drivers costs 65 AUD per night, which isn't expensive for Australia. I was so unimpressed with the hotel that I didn't even take a single photo. Main Beach is not far from the park where you can see wild kangaroos, and directly opposite is the Kokomo whale watching boat terminal. Sea World is also very close by."

"The overall experience wasn’t enjoyable. The room was extremely dusty, dirty and was not cleaned to the standards expected. The bathroom sink was clogged, dirty walls, kitchen cutlery and plates dirty. Construction was going on in front of the building and it was extremely noisy, couldn’t sit out on the balcony. View was probably the only positive about my 4 night stay. Wouldn’t recommend this place."

Whenever not at the resort pool, the beach, or many of the high-quality restaurants surrounding the resort, I was on the balcony with the lovely sea breeze blowing in, reading my book and drinking the complimentary fruity vodka crushes I was delighted to find waiting for me upon first arriving in my room. I will definitely be returning to this resort in the future."

"We had a fantastic stay. The standout feature was the view—it was absolutely incredible, with an almost 180-degree panoramic outlook over the ocean. We would honestly come back just for the view alone. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had some thoughtful touches, including a Nespresso machine and milk left in the fridge for our arrival, which we really appreciated. The beach is right out the front and is beautiful and supervised. It's about a 20-minute walk to Surfers Paradise, but we actually preferred Main Beach. It's quieter, feels more prestigious, and is just as walkable with nicer places to eat. The staff were excellent—very friendly, responsive, and happy to share helpful local tips. One thing to note is that if you're arriving on a Sunday, you'll need to arrange check-in in advance, as there's no one at the front desk. However, the communication was pretty responsive and well organized that this wasn't a problem at all. Overall, we highly recommend this property. It's a wonderful place to stay, and we'd happily return, especially for those unforgettable views."

"Thhe apartment was very spacious, bigger than places we have stayed at before. It was clean and had all the modern appliances to make it very comfortable. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back again!"

"This is our fourth time holidaying at The Contessa. Each time seems to get better and better. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to so many wonderful eateries, light rail and buses. The Contessa holiday apartments are amazing. The complex has a huge outdoor water pool and a large spa and magnificent gardens: great spot for the kids to play as well as a tennis court. There is also an indoor pool and spa downstairs inside the complex. Next to those facilities is a timber deck overlooking the inland waterways and a lovely spot for a picnic close to home. The gym is right there too. The beach is only a stroll away. We love apartment 263, it is especially homely with some lovely touches and well equipped. There are panoramic water views to help relax and unwind. The building manager William is on site for your questions and always keen to assist. Simply magic. We will be returning in2025."

"Fantastique séjour. Appartement très bien équipé ...even avait des échelles de pesage! 2 lits 2 baignoire et très spacieux. Très confortable et une maison réelle à partir de la maison. Aideuse, réception amicale. Précise piscine et zone de BBQ. La plage principale est une zone de supermarché et la Tedder Avenue est le principal tract et littéralement minutes de l'appartement, comme la plage dans l'autre direction. La location était parfaite, il était relativement calme, bien qu'il y ait un grand projet de construction juste en bas de la route qui semble être en cours encore pendant un certain temps. Mais vous ne vous attendez pas à venir à la côte or sans trouver des projets de construction actifs!! Nous resterions certainement ici encore si dans la région."
