Ero a Francoforte per lavoro ed avevo prenotato 3 camere, ma al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto condividere la stanza con un collega perché erano al completo. Dopo il mio reclamo invece mi hanno dato la stanza prenotata. Le camere sono standard, ma al contrario di tutti gli altri hotel dove sono stato, il riassetto e la pulizia della camera sono solo su richiesta. Anche il cambio asciugamani, pulizia e bagno, viene fatto solo su richiesta. Alla reception mi hanno detto che comunque il servizio non è garantito. Il frigobar non è in camera ma nella hall. Per avere una bottiglia di acqua bisogna scendere nella hall e chiedere perché non c'è alcun dispenser e il frigo è chiuso con un lucchetto tipo bicicletta. La colazione offre una buona scelta di salato, ma una scarsa scelta di dolce. Il personale alla reception è molto giovane ed avrebbe bisogno di un responsabile gentile, educato e di esperienza..... In breve se pago per un hotel 4 stelle, mi attendo dei servizi ed una qualità che non ho trovato all'hotel Michel. Non ci tornerò. I was in Frankfurt on business and had booked 3 rooms, but on my arrival I was told that I would have to share the room with a colleague because the hotel was full. After my complaint they gave me the room I booked instead. The rooms are standard, but unlike all other hotels I've stayed at, room tidying and cleaning are only on request. Also the change of towels, cleaning and bathroom, is done only on request. At the reception they told me that anyway the service is not guaranteed. The minibar is not in the room but in the lobby. To get a bottle of water you have to go down to the lobby and ask because there is no dispenser and the fridge is locked with a bicycle lock. The breakfast offers a good choice of savory, but a poor choice of sweet. The staff at the front desk is very young and would need a kind, polite and experienced manager..... In short if I pay for a 4 star hotel, I expect services and quality that I did not find at the Michel hotel. I will not be returning.

Le week-end, une partie de ma famille a séjourné dans ce petit hôtel familial, car mon appartement à proximité du coin n'est malheureusement pas si grand pour accueillir tous. Je suis en mesure de prendre part au petit-déjeuner avec deux autres membres de ma famille. L'hôtel a un style spécial qui nous a beaucoup aimé, ainsi que la gentillesse du chef et de sa famille. En outre, les transports publics sont également à proximité, de sorte que vous pouvez arriver sans voiture. Nous étions super satisfaits, nous l'utiliserons à nouveau à chaque fête et nous pouvons le recommander. J'espère que Mme Irmchen reste aussi sain et drôle !!!

Les choses n'ont pas bien commencé, pour être honnêtes. Le type du bureau frontal ”ne trouve pas” la réservation et nous avons passé un bon cinq minutes à discuter avec lui en lui montrant les numéros de confirmation, les cartes de crédit, etc. Enfin, il a décidé de regarder dans un tiroir et a trouvé merveilleusement la réservation . Alors j'ai demandé un appel de réveil 3 heures plus tard, qui est venu le matin suivant. J'ai DÉT À demander le appel pour zwansig Uhr et non pour acht Uhr. La chambre était spacieuse, plus que suffisamment de serviettes de bain et le petit-déjeuner buffet était fantastique. Ils ne nous ont pas fait sortir, ils nous ont fait mal, ils nous ont juste laissé manger et même nous ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas besoin de s'attaquer - parce que nous étions pressés. Extrêmement utile et consciente de la région locale et allait au-dessus et au-delà pour nous aider.

Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

Don't be fooled by the Sheraton brand. This does not live up to the same quality you'd come to expect from the brand and is let down by a very poor restaurant, a tiny bar, and rooms in need of urgent refurbishment. The initial approach area outside and reception areas are okay, but after getting my keycard, my first impressions of my room were like something out of the 80s. Orangey brown, fake wood furniture, orange chairs and carpet, and a TV on a freestanding glass table type thing. Not even wall-mounted. No stocked mini-bar (even though there were two in my room weirdly) and absolutely no tea or coffee-making facilities! Not even a kettle! Being on the ground floor meant you could not open the window, and add to that the sheer heat in the room meant you certainly would get very hot, very quickly as there is no air-conditioning, The bathroom was a slight improvement, but even so, it was dated. Plenty of brown marks and mold around the shower tray, along with just two towels. The restaurant was probably one of the worst I have had the misfortune to experience. The fact no one was in there should have been a warning sign, and the limited menu and expense should have spurred me to leave. But I stayed. With just six main meal items on the menu and the price of a Michelin-starred restaurant, I was expecting quality food. However, my chicken with pea puree was pretty poor and incredibly small. And that was it. Chicken on some pea puree. No accompaniments, no vegetables. All for €30. It was a shame, as the location is good, but on the whole, this hotel needs an urgent refit and someone to give the restaurant a shake-up.

Wir haben während der ”IBIS-Zeit” häufiger in dem Hotel übernachtet. Jedesmal mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das, was uns nun unter ”B&B Hotel” erwartet hat, war eine teure Unverschämtheit. Preis-Leistung passen in keiner Weise zueinander. Am 1. Tag war nicht einmal Butter oder Margarine vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass sie die leider nicht hätten BITTE? Bei der Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass B&B zu 80 % Bio anbietet. UND? Butter/Margarine gibt es auch in Bio. Bio - aber ein OFFENES !!!!!! Nutella-Glas mit einem Messer steht auf dem Buffet-Tisch (falls man den überhaupt so nennen kann) mit einem Messer drin. In der heutigen Zeit? Ist das überhaupt aus hygienischen Gründen gestattet? Kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. An keinem Tag haben wir auch nur einen ”Krümel” frisches Obst, oder Dauerwurst, Rührei oder S*****en vorgefunden. Lediglich ein paar Sorten aufgeschnittene ”Frischwurst”, Käse, Joghurt und Marmeladegläsern (auch offen mit Löffel drin) wurde angeboten. Dazu Brot und Brötchen (die allerdings waren lecker) und gekochte Eier (am 1. Tag eiskalt). Das Besteck und Geschirr war schon erheblich dreckig. Die Tassen innen hatten dicke ”Kaffeeränder”und sonstiges Zeugs, das Besteck noch Reste anhaften. Bah...DAS wäre unter IBIS nicht passiert. Da war alles sehr reichhaltig, frisch und sauber. Das Zimmer war ok und sauber. Aber, völlig überhitzt. Dazu schwere Oberbetten: Sauna perfekt. Die Klimaanlage scheint nicht funktioniert zu haben. Das Bad war soweit ok, bis auf den Duschkopf. Der war schon recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, da verkalkt und sonstwas...Handtücher waren am 1. Tag nur für 1 Person vorhanden (wurden am 2. Tag nachgeliefert), Beide Seifenspender waren leer. Die Dusche wurde nicht geputzt. Ein Hoch auf das House-Keeping. Für uns sicher nicht wieder, schon gar nicht mit Frühstück. Ob überhaupt???? Jedenfalls von uns keine Weiterempfehlung mehr an Geschäftspartner und Freunde.

Il y a très pauvres 3 étoiles dans la relation allemande. De l'extérieur se tire comme une maison déchirée, la décoration intérieure est également correspondante. Lorsque laver les mains a déclenché la prise. Les appareils de chauffage sont disponibles mais ne fonctionnent pas, donc les nuits très froides peuvent être réfrigérées. Bons, mais très rectangulaires employés du bloc de l'Est. À minuit, la chambre sonne sans raison et il n'est pas seulement une fois. Les murs sont si minces que vous entendez tout petit bruit de l'extérieur et que vous ne pouvez pas dormir en raison d'invités ivres. Puis un employé arrive environ 2 heures avant le temps de check-out spécifié et demande de se lever ce qui est absolument inacceptable. C'est un hôtel comme dans les pays en développement. Pour cela, le lit était très bon et la toilette à main+ de certaines masses de bonnes. Enfin, chacun doit savoir où il doit réserver.
