"L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de l'autoroute, il était adapté pour regarder les boutiques et le football à proximité. Le parking était gratuit, donc il n'y avait pas de charge. Le personnel semblait flou, mais ils étaient très aimables comme des professionnels. L'hôtel était très ancien et la nettoyage n'était pas correctement effectuée, donc il n'y avait pas de sentiment d'être petit."

"I am really, really disappointed with my stay and the service at this accommodation. I booked an apartment suite for the period from April 6th to April 19th, 2024 for a price of over EUR 1900.00. I needed accommodation to be able to take the written exams for my second state examination in Mainz. I told the service staff this before I arrived. Unfortunately, my companion and I could hardly sleep in the first apartment. It was extremely hot and extremely loud. After consultation, we were able to move into another apartment. Unfortunately, this one stank extremely of smoke and men's perfume. The smell was almost unbearable and led to migraine attacks. The ventilation in the bathroom also didn't work. According to the service staff, this is because "foreigners" would book in there to hide their ID cards. He then searched the entire room for possible ID cards. But he didn't find any. Then we had to change rooms again. Finally, my companion also had to pay for the cleaning that was necessary because of the move. The building is really beautiful and the cleaners were also very polite and friendly. Overall, however, the stay was a disaster! Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. I deeply regret not choosing the Hyatt. The price was the same."

"I chose this hotel because it was in a good location near the train station and provided breakfast. The room was a good size and had large windows which made it bright and cheerful, and very clean.The bathroom was somewhat small, but the shower was good. Breakfast was provided and the breakfast room was pleasant with a good variety of foods available. The hotel was easy walking distance to Mainz attractions and we enjoyed exploring the area."

Baignoire sans corde, sans savon dans la douche, savon inadorable et bon marché sur le lavabo, comme sur la gare, malheureusement, le jour avant mon séjour, pas d'eau chaude demain, TV 2 500, mais non classé. Sinon, c'est propre et sûrement assez spacieux pour la famille avec un enfant."
