I just returned from your hotel to get my membership card and was disappointed my card was not ready. Your bar staff was rude and disrespectful. When I asked to see the manager, she ignored me. She also stated your hotel had a new system system in place and discounts on drinks are no longer available. Also, she didn't confirm my free meal or drink as stated on your website. So much for VIP treatment. It is a disgrace that your staff is incompetent and lack customer service. I will never go there again and will advise all my family and friends never to go there.

Food was tasty and yum but not hot enough. Staff were friendly but busy, Place was clean however furniture was dated, I like the place enough to come back and give it another go. Got regular sized meals and I wish I had got a bigger meal. Tried the Hefe craft beer 🍺, Very cloudy, worth a try if u like German 🇩🇪 style biers.

Main meal dishes great value for money. Roast of the day, beef burgers, chicken schnitzel burger, chicken Cesar Salad. Good portions. Food quality really good. Staff very friendly and helpful - both restaurant and bar staff. So big ticks on all those things. Disappointed with the portion of Cadbury Flake Cheesecake though - VERY SMALL for the price of $12 for a single serve. Not much bigger than a TimTam really. Also the 'doof doof' background music not really conducive to a relaxing family atmosphere. :( ... Otherwise good overall.

We ordered lunch from here Sunday 13/11/22.. my partner had roast of the day , was dry and hard he’d had only baked potatoes with it 2 out of 5 too hard to eat .. i wish I took pictures and sent back.. I had snitzel with boscola topping chips veg all cold … can’t fault the service staff … just a heads up to anyone going there for lunch $46 … wasted …..

Went to the Belmore late after a few drinks with friends. The RSA Marshall baited one of my friends before he had even had a drink. There was eight of us enjoying a late night drink when he told the same friend that he was lucky to be there after there were no issues for half an hour and him still being on the same beer. We all proceeded to leave the premises only for the same RSA Marshall to then bait our friend again and again on the street in order to cause a scene. Luckily our decent heads prevailed and we walked away without anything occurring. But for the same marshall to follow us and again continuing to bait our friend to start an argument to justify him being there. Very very disappointed. We were visiting the town with our loved ones. Will not return to this venue due to hot headed RSA Marshall.

We had chicken wings to start, nice flavour, very small and overcooked. Both had snittys, crumb was soggy, placed on top of chips (pet hate) which made them soggy too. Salad had little dressing and could tell it was old produce. Overall very ordinary.

Overcooked lamb cutlets with soggy and cold chips. Other meal, vegetarian lasagne, while tasty has a tiny portion with no salad accompanying it. I went home and needed something more to eat. When we complained about the lamb cutlets meal, the manager said that as the first cutlet had been eaten, no refund would be given. Just had my last meal at this establishment.
