With regards to your comments on the limited amenities, we regret that this was your impression, and we offer you our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. I am also pleased to inform you that we have "Red Planet App", it has an in-stay mode feature wherein you may chat or call the Front Desk for any concerns. While dental kits, coffee and alike are available at the front desk for a very minimal amount. Our rooms indeed only include limited amenities comparable to similar properties in the area and we feel we provide good value given our central location, quality of beds, speed of wi-fi internet, and the lowest room rate available in the area. Rest assured that we will keep our focus on improving our services for you and for our other guests in the future.
