Nous avons dû nous enregistrer tardivement en raison de notre horaire de vol et même si c'était au milieu de la nuit, le processus s'est toujours déroulé sans problème. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et la salle de sport et bien sûr la proximité de la ceinture verte. Les portiers étaient également très attentifs à leurs invités. Le petit déjeuner était super aussi, il y avait de nombreuses options parmi lesquelles choisir. Il n'y avait qu'une confusion entre la description sur cette application et ce qui était vraiment le standard de l'hôtel. Tout compris ne signifie pas tous les repas mais tout compris le petit-déjeuner, le wifi et le parking gratuits. Leur personnage de l'hôtel, Tami et la bande, était vraiment mignon, si jamais je passe par l'hôtel, je pourrais les avoir, j'espère. Globalement, un séjour très agréable pour notre famille et un endroit parfait pour se reposer.

Stayed at this service apartment for staycation from May 26 to 28, 2025. Quite surprised to know when I confirmed a day before I check-in, that there were no washing machine and dryer in the studio unit. When we checked-in, the unit has a space provision for washing machine and dryer complete with all the pipes and outlets. I'm also surprised to know that there were no buffet breakfast same as all the other Ascott brand service apartments. All in all it is a nice stay. From all the amenities, what we love most is the pool area.

It was nice environment and decoration with an wonderful smelling around. Well behaved staff and clean outlook. You will feel welcome always. Highly recommended for staying here.

The hotel looks great for the price, and the pool and roof deck areas have amazing views of the city. The hallways and elevators do not have aircon and are super hot. The rooms are a great size and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The internet is not great and they come around to clean the room at 5pm at night.

The place is amazing and it's close to some really good restaurant and their food is also good

What I really liked about our stay here was the room size and the appliances available, even the drinking water is provided! The staff service was good as well.
