Why didn’t we get a free breakfast? with the rate we paid. Location is our primary consideration, the food is average, the service is good.

Nice and convenient plcase to stay. Near malls and other stalls. We’ll surely book again to stay. Thanks :)

Good and nice place

The place is very near to the malls which is perfect. May 7 eleven sa baba and madali lang din malocate.

Nice hotel with decent value for the money and located across the street from Greenbelt. However, I would avoid staying again due to a written warning in the room about letting guests stay beyond 10pm. Apparently there would be an extra charge for that. I had to let my guests leave early which just ruined the whole stay for me. So, unless you won’t be hosting any guests, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Room could do with a bit of an update. But was pleasant enough.

Basic room but comfortable. Breakfast was terrible and limited choice. Location was opposite Greenbelt 5. Perfect location.

Clean accessible convenience near location

Location location is excellent ! A bit old but conveniently located just opposite greenbelt 5

Just an old hotel within very strategic location just in front of greenbelt 5. Very convinience few step walk to the mall. Breakfast is ordinary, no pool. This hotel is purely for resting your body at night as there is nothing inside the hotel such as gym or spa. Overall its a good stay.

Stay here many times already, excellent!

Location can't be beaten. Excellent budget hotel with comfy beds.
