Hôtels près de Kampung Morten (Melaka)

Le service est vraiment bon. Personnel amical et attentionné. Réponse très rapide aux demandes. La propreté de la chambre est correcte, aurait pu être meilleure. Tapis en feutre poussiéreux, besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur. Les toilettes semblent un peu délabrées et ont besoin d'être rénovées. Sahur / petit-déjeuner était bon, pourrait être meilleur en servant le tarik. J'ai réservé une suite exécutive mais je n'ai pas été invité au salon exécutif pour sahur / petit-déjeuner et je ne sais pas s'il existe de tels services. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'était correct, belle vue depuis ma chambre d'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, vraiment un bon rapport qualité/prix

L'hôtel et le Residence sont équipés de vastes chambres, une stratégie efficace pour impressionner leurs clients. 1) Pour guider leurs clients sur le niveau exact des chambres d'hôtel. 34005 est écrit sur ma carte de chambre, il n'y a pas 34 affiché sur le bouton de l'ascenseur. Je suis retourné à la réception et il a été dit que le niveau est 33A. 2) L'attente de votre tour d'entrer dans l'un des quatre ascenseurs est une tâche douloureuse pendant la saison de pic. 3 minutes pour entrer dans un ascenseur. Pour aller du niveau 33A au niveau G, vous pouvez facilement consommer au moins 8-12 minutes quand il s'arrête sur chaque niveau. Un garçon pleurait Dans son trolley, en attendant l'ascenseur pour atteindre le plancher G. Il était dans le plancher mal ventilé et congestionné avant moi. Nous nous sommes rencontrés au niveau 33A et nous avons pris 7 minutes pour atteindre le plancher G. 3) Pour offrir plus de variétés de petit déjeuner buffet.Je comprends que cet hôtel offre un prix abordable pour un séjour confortable, surtout pour une grande famille et beaucoup mieux que les petits hôtels à Jonker Walk. Nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre beaucoup de la diffusion du buffet. À mon avis humile, l'hôtel peut ajouter deux ou trois plats représentant la culture peranakan à Melaka. 4) Pour les premiers visiteurs comme moi, attention sur le vaste parc de voiture au niveau 7. Il y a au moins 3 lobbys d'ascenseur et j'ai fini par atteindre le lobby suisse de l'hôtel, le restaurant De Wan et le lobby d'hôtel réel lui-même pendant mon séjour de nuit. Un ou plusieurs signets clairs dont le lobby atteint quel hôtel/vente de détail peut être utile. 5) Comme je l'ai dit, nous ne savons pas tous que le niveau 34 écrit sur notre carte de chambre est en fait le niveau 33A sur le bouton de l'ascenseur. Alerter/aider les gens/moi est un moyen de aller au-delà et de laisser une impression durable. Merci.

A really GREAT hotel but we won't be coming back... Check in was smooth but was shocked when we entered the room that housekeeping clearly hadn't finished cleaning, leaving the room unacceptably messy (room 1718). The front desk staff did apologize and offer complimentary drinks and breakfast as a token of apology BUT the delay significantly impacted our first impression. They moved us to next available room. However the new assigned room feels very warm (room 1508). We can't even adjust the aircond settings. So after another complaint, and for the 3rd time we switched to another room. And yes staying in this hotel come with a lot of perks but one bad experience ruining it forever...

C'est l'hôtel le plus confortable dans lequel j'ai séjourné lors de ce voyage en Malaisie. C'est un hôtel ancien avec un sens de l'histoire. Tout le monde dans le groupe a félicité l'hôtel pour l'avoir bien choisi. Le petit-déjeuner était également très intéressant. délicieux. C'était bon et mérite d'être recommandé.

This hotel is very well for short trip, 1. staff is friendly, lobby also provided free biscuit 2. business owner is really think out of the box, they given a freebies since i check in 3. facilities is attractive than others, VR game room, but not for little kid, youngster can come here and experience the future. 4. the room provided the tooth brush is good enough 5. inside the room, bed design, tea table, tv set, bathroom & kid friendly design bed 6. maybe the hotel is still new, restaurant not available yet 7. lastly, even i check out the hotel, i still received a freebies. Very well thinking from first until last, thats all, thank you (my english not well, sorry for my simple review, i will come again, thank you & good bye.)

The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds and pillow. Although the rooms doesn’t comes with a bath tub but we loved the shower as water pressure is super strong! Its location closed to many eateries and has very nice boutique just next to it. The only improvement the hotel should quickly fix is to provide tvbox channels for guests which many hotels now have

Idéal pour un voyage à petit budget, facile de se garer sur place et l'enregistrement a été très rapide, aucun dépôt n'est requis. La chambre est agréable et à un étage élevé, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix si le bruit de la climatisation ne vous dérange pas. En fait, cela m'a aidé à mieux dormir haha. Il y a de bons restaurants à proximité de l'emplacement, ce qui en fait un endroit parfait pour une halte nocturne lors d'un long voyage en voiture.

We had 3 nights 2 days for the entire stay. The location is ok, walking distance around 10-15mins to Jonker Walk night market. the hotel provides free shuttle to the clock tower (Opposite will be Jonker walk) for every 2 hours till 2200hrs daily, and we can Whatapps concierge in case we need to communicate with the hotel which is very good, and they are very helpful to provide a lot tourist information to us. The size of the hotel room is spacious. it just looks a bit ordinary for the inner design. The temperature is comfortable during sleep at night. Bfast is very so and so, and on the 1st day, we went down to the cafe around 0945 (which they closed at 1030). Everything looked almost finished, and the staff did not replenish the food. The hot dish was not hot enough, while the cold dish like the ham didn't put on top of the ice to make sure the temperature was safe to eat. On the last day of departure, the hotel started construction work (KEEP DRILLING) from 10ish in the morning, but I didnt see any notice posted out in the lift or letter sent to the room to inform the guest. As my mom falled sick those day, and I tried to call the operator and request them to delay a bit the drilling time like drilling after 1230hrs, at least most of the guest check-out first) but the operator was VERY RUDE and said it's already 1200 (in fact that was 11ish not till Check-out time yet) and said they can do nothing to stop it.....sucks....

De passage à Melaka, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel . Accueil incroyable, le personnel est serviable et souriant. L’hôtel est très luxueux et le pdj très varié. La vue sur la piscine et sur la ville est magnifique !!! Merci à tout le staff sans exception.

Extended my stay there because my kids enjoyed the playroom & pool! My husband love their gym! Me, loves their pizza & aglio olio spaghetti at the tosca. Reasonable price too! Spacious room. Bathroom best! Front desk all friendly. Paid for valet rm35 perday. If not, have to park at the 5th floor. Will be back for sure!
