Exclusive flat, totally refurbished, with two bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It has a cosy living room with a double Italian-style sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and electrical appliances, such as a fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There are two private bathrooms. One of them en suite in the master bedroom. Both are equipped with hairdryer, towels and shower gel.
It also has free wifi internet access, flat screen TV, common areas with private access and lift, air conditioning and heating throughout the room and bed linen for all guests.
This accommodation is situated in a privileged location in the centre of Malaga. You will find yourself in a very quiet area and at the same time well communicated. At only 2 minutes walking distance from the suburban train stop, which connects with Malaga airport and 5 minutes from Malaga Renfe train station and Malaga underground station.
Also, a few steps away you will find the Soho area, with a modern atmosphere and numerous restaurants where you can taste the best local and international cuisine.
It is located 5 minutes from the Malaga Renfe station and the Malaga Metro and only 10 minutes walk from the old town.
