Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

L'emplacement est bon si vous voulez le calme et la tranquillité. Il est situé dans la partie « chic » de Boracay. Il se trouve à environ 20-30 minutes de la plage blanche qui, je pense, est la meilleure plage. Le personnel est sympathique et veut aider, mais il faut parfois le rappeler. Je pense qu’ils sont très occupés à essayer de faire trop de choses. Par exemple, ils étaient censés rapprocher mes lits pour en faire un lit double (j'ai commandé un lit queen mais ils n'en avaient pas à mon arrivée) et cela n'a jamais été fait. J'ai fini par dormir dans un lit simple pendant tout le voyage, ce qui ne me dérange pas beaucoup, mais je pensais que s'ils disaient qu'ils le feraient, ils auraient dû. Ma bouilloire n'était pas branchée au mur, j'en ai demandé une autre et elle n'est pas arrivée. Mais l'hôtel était calme et agréable en semaine. La piscine et la salle de sport n'étaient pas souvent utilisées, mais le week-end, il y avait beaucoup de monde et la piscine était pleine. La navette qu'ils proposent est pratique mais est rapidement réservée, alors assurez-vous d'être organisé quant au moment où vous souhaitez vous rendre au centre-ville. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour agréable et j'y retournerais volontiers en semaine.

Bonne journée! Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 11 heures (du 10/02/2024 au 21/02/2024). Comme pour obtenir un visa nous avions besoin d'une confirmation d'hôtel avec paiement, nous avons envisagé cet hôtel pour une nuitée. J'ai lu les critiques et vu la note faible, mais l'emplacement et la disponibilité d'un petit-déjeuner buffet ont gagné. Nous avons réservé une chambre « supérieure », mais je pense que toutes les chambres de l'hôtel sont « fatiguées » et nécessitent une rénovation. Il n'y a littéralement aucune disposition pour sécher les vêtements dans les chambres. Le balcon fait 50 centimètres de large et tout coule du climatiseur par le haut. Le nettoyage des chambres est excellent, les filles sont super. Dans la chambre se trouvent des serviettes, une brosse à dents et du dentifrice, du shampoing jetable et un pain de savon. La chambre dispose d'une bouilloire, de café et de sucre. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur. Dans une chambre double, il reste 1 litre d'eau potable par jour pour deux personnes. Le petit déjeuner dans un hôtel 3 étoiles n'est pas mal. 2 types de fruits, omelette, œufs, riz, compote de légumes, pâtes, saucisses, poulet ou porc, soupe, crêpes, toasts, petit-déjeuner sec. Deux types de boissons. Il est également possible de commander des plats de la carte dans votre chambre, les prix sont raisonnables. Le plus gros inconvénient est le chantier à 50 m de la fenêtre. Vous ne dormirez pas ici après 9h00 !!!!! Poussière, perçage, tout vous attend ici !!!! Jusqu'à environ 17h00. Il n'y a aucune vue normale depuis aucune des fenêtres, car en face se trouve un hôtel abandonné et en ruine avec des ordures. Mais! Le principal avantage de l'hôtel est sa distance de marche de la plage blanche, des cafés, des restaurants, etc. L'emplacement est le feu ! A côté se trouvent les hôtels Henan et Mandarin, où vous pourrez vous arrêter pour dîner (buffet) à prix fixe le soir. Par conséquent, lorsque vous choisissez cet hôtel, demandez-vous si cela en vaut la peine ou non. Le choix t'appartient!

Nous avons davantage apprécié nos vacances car nous avons séjourné au White Crystal Hotel. Ej était très arrangeant et s'est assuré que tout ce dont nous avions besoin était pris en charge. Fortement recommandé👍🏻

Un excellent petit hôtel, sur la plage de Dinewid. La vue de la piscine est superbe. Le personnel est absolument adorable et se mettra en quatre pour vous satisfaire. La literie est très bonne, propreté irréprochable. Le gros plus est le restaurant, nous y avons dîne pratiquement tous les soirs. Une navette vous amène au centre ville car c'est loin du centre mais au moins c'est calme. Le seul reproche c'est de ne pas avoir de balcon ou terrasse donc chambre plutôt sombre, mais conforme à la description,ceci explique le prix plus que raisonnable.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

L'emplacement de cet hôtel n'est pas au centre commercial D, mais à une distance acceptable (à moins de 10 minutes en tricycle électrique avec 150 P). La raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé cet hôtel, c'est parce qu'il possède de nombreuses piscines et une plage privée à côté du célèbre point de voyage ”Keyhole”. Les plus belles piscines sont Infinity et Ventana où vous pourrez profiter en même temps de la vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner n'a pas beaucoup de choix et le goût n'est pas très bon au café Laguna, mais la nourriture et les boissons au Fiesta Patio (à côté de la piscine Ventana) sont délicieuses. Dîner là-bas est également relaxant car il est situé presque au niveau le plus élevé, vous pouvez profiter à la fois de la vue sur la piscine et de la vue sur la mer. J'ai joué une partie de 18 trous en louant leur set de golf. Par surprise, le set de golf qui m'a été offert était un driver PXG avec un club de golf Callaway X20. L'état est bon. D'après la photo du commentaire précédent d'un invité, l'herbe était brune, mais lorsque j'ai joué, l'état de l'herbe n'était pas mauvais. La vue sur le 2ème 9 trous n'est pas aussi bonne que celle du premier 9 trous. La plupart des golfeurs étaient Coréens. Nous vivions dans une suite familiale. La chambre est propre et bien rangée. Comme il s'agit d'un complexe de golf, vous ne pouvez pas vous attendre à une très bonne décoration et à un état parfait. Ce que je recommanderais à l'hôtel, c'est qu'ils fournissent un étendoir à vêtements, car les clients doivent sécher leurs maillots de bain après avoir pratiqué des sports nautiques. Les clients peuvent profiter de la plage publique et privée qui sont claires et belles. Il propose de nombreuses activités telles que Crystal Kayak et l'équitation (coût supplémentaire mais pas cher). Le trou de la serrure se trouve également juste à côté de la plage privée tandis que vous pourrez également profiter du coucher de soleil. Si vous souhaitez une chambre pratique à proximité de la réception et du café, vous devez réserver les chambres près de Laguna ; sinon, vous devrez prendre leur navette jusqu'à votre chambre. Des agents de sécurité restent au point de retrait de chaque zone d'hébergement 24h/24. Vous vous rendez simplement au point de retrait, puis ils vous aident à appeler immédiatement la navette. Peut-être avons-nous séjourné dans le complexe en août, ce qui n'est pas la haute saison, chaque fois que la navette était disponible en quelques minutes seulement. En résumé, ce resort convient très bien aux familles et aux amateurs de golf. Si vous voulez simplement profiter de la plage de sable blanc de Boracay, vous devriez choisir les hôtels du centre commercial D où vous pourrez économiser du temps et de l'argent sur les tricycles électriques.

Le personnel est très agréable à l'arrivée avec des boissons complimentaires. Ils changent les serviettes deux fois par jour. Le lieu est sûr et sûr et ne pas mentionner, c'est un endroit assez bon pour rester. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est toujours servi à temps. Je reviens cette année.

Les receptionnistes et les personnelles de sécurité sont très aimables et courtois. Chambre de qualité par rapport au prix. Très proche de la plage station 2. J'ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma famille. Fortement recommandé.
