Играли свадьбу в середине июня т.г. в беседке. Неухоженная территория, плохое обслуживание, официантов гонять надо было, чтобы следили за столом. Цена в меню не малая, надеялись, что весовые нормы на закуски, которые в меню, будут выдержаны. Но сервировка стола была на низком уровне. Порционный салат и горячее было вкусным. Сами купили фрукты, сыр, это было видно на столе. Конфеты купила дорогие, даже не увидела. На welcome положили какие-то конфеты с тягучей карамелью, где взяли, осталось без ответа. Вот тамада с диджеем скрасили вечер и впечатление. Никому не посоветую проведение банкетов в Славянской деревне.

10 декабря 2021г для свадьбы моих родителей был забронирован банкетный зал на 8 июля, 2 котеджа на двое суток и также беседка на 9 июля. Мы приехали, посмотрели помещения и оставили предоплату, нам выдали определённые бумаги, где что и когда мы забронировали ( при этом мама не раз спросила у администратора точно ли нам бронируют банкет зал на улице, на что нам 3 раза ответили что да ). Мы спокойно планируем свадьбу выбираем меню. Приходит время ехать и утверждать меню с представителем данного комплекса, уже май месяц. Мои родители со спокойной душой приезжаю, а нам говорят что оказывается то у нас забронирован ресторанный зал. Бумаг о подтверждении не было с собой, они приехала домой все посмотрели, написано банкетный зал, перезвонили в славянскую девревню и сказали. Оказывается кто-то из персонала все перепутал и в один день в одном помещении получилось 2 свадьбы. Наша 30 человек и другая где 60 человек. При повторном звонке нам предложили перенести наше мероприятие в беседку, так как у нас мало человек или оставаться в ресторане. Нам не подходил ни тот ни этот вариант, так как планировались определенный шоу на свадьбе. Когда нам снова позвонили и ещё раз попросили перенести мероприятие в беседку: ведь по словам там плачет и переживает бедная невеста, стало совсем противно, получается что моя не невеста и ей не обидно и она не переживает. В понедельник гам позвонили и просто сказала что либо мы вам возвещаем деньги, либо оставляем вас в ресторане. И это потому, что та свадьба внесла больше предоплату. Это решение проблемы. А мы за месяц до свадьбы, когда все и везде забронировано, должны суетиться. Желание туда приезжать даже на выходные отпало сразу. Надеюсь все таки другой свадьбе повезёт больше.
