The apartment is located in a small holiday complex in the center of Cala Murada. Our apartment is located at the end of the complex, directly on a small valley (Torrente, nature reserve) and you can really hear the birds singing. The ideal accommodation for the summer in Mallorca with a large terrace and shade with shade, sunbeds and BBQ Barbecue. Everything is for you! Four people have a comfortable space and can spend pleasant evenings in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is perfect for self-service, as they have supermarkets nearby. Once a week there is a small weekly market on the beach. The complex of holiday homes also includes a large communal pool which, of course, can be used. It also has central heating and can also be booked in winter.
Cala Murada is the ideal place to relax and enjoy. Far from all the hustle and bustle of Mallorca, Cala Murada gives you the feeling of being on a small island. There are some very good and cheap restaurants where you can enjoy typical Spanish cuisine. The two beautiful beaches of Cala Murada and Cala Tropicana invite you to sunbathe and vacation on the beach. Not far away is the mountain of Sant Salvador (about 10 km), Castell Santueri, Porto Colom, Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach and Cala D'Or. Location au calme
Appartement conforme à l annonce, au calme dans une petite propriété,piscine commune aux 4 -5 autres maisons.
Faible isolation sonore au niveau des voisins du dessus que l on entend marcher, parler et prendre leur douche.
Pas de climatisation, compliqué d ouvrir les fenêtres le soir sans que les moustiques et les lezards ne rentrent.
Localisation un peu à l ecart des principaux sites a voor, parfait pour la plage et la baignade par contre.

Très bon séjour
L’appartement est très bien équipé et situé dans une une résidence très calme. Le jardin privatif est très agréable et sans vis-à-vis.
Cala Murada est un point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions que ce soit au nord vers Porto Cristo ou au sud vers Santanyi.
Alicia nous a très bien accueillis.

La réalité est conforme aux photos
La maison est propre, lumineuse et très agréable à vivre. Endroit calme et bien situé si vous avez une voiture.
Nous avons pu arriver dès notre descente d'avion, c'était très agréable. Alicia est très à l'écoute.
Il y a de la place pour 4 personnes en étant à l'aise.

Comfortable and roomy
A very nice two bedroom with a lovely outside patio area. Very guilt a secluded backing on to a forested ravine with other houses across the gap. No mountain views but still quite scenic. It is a little out of the way from any of the more touristic areas of Mallorca. The beach is close but not so useful in February. Still we had a very comfortable and quiet stay which is what we were looking for.

Quiet retreat
Very nice spacious accommodation, very quiet area with bird song. We stayed here out of season at the end of January thus most of the bars and restaurants were closed so we are unable to comment on outside facilities etc. The local shop was open in the mornings which provided adequate provisions.

Very nice and quiet appartement
Nice and very quiet, this appartement is perfect for four persons.
It is very well equiped, and very close to stores, restaurants and the beach of Cala Murada.
The swimming pool is perfect too.
The communication with Alicia is very easy.

Tolle Wohnung, ruhige Gegend
Nächstes Mal werden wir eher in den Norden der Insel gehen, da ist es landschaftlich schöner. Die Wohnung ist aber top.
