First off, the owner needs to get some training hospitality training, seems like he is some off the road hippie who has started a business without the basic of hospitality. He does not know how to talk to customers. We were planned to say at this nonsensical place from 1st to 4th. We were 2 couple, but due to some emergency one couple had to drop out. We called this unruly owner in the morning who was more interested in his sleep than understanding our situation. He start yelling and then hangs up The phone saying he is sleeping and to call after 1000hrs. I did the same and called him back at 1100hrs. Immediately he started yelling, in reaction I had to raise my voice to put him in place. I explained him the situation but now he starts de***ding full payment for both the rooms eventhough one of the couples was not available. Such people should not be given the license to operate such places. It was a horrible experience and I this owners licence should be suspended and the place shut down. He needs to be taught some ***ners on how to speak to not only customers but to ladies as well. I do not recommend this place to anybody, atleast till the ***agement has changed.
