Vieil hôtel, petite chambre, pas de petit déjeuner, déconseillé

Stayed here from.the 26th May until the 29th May for a short break with my partner. We arrived on an early flight and we already knew check in wasn't until 2pm but they managed to do us an early check in which was very kind of the reception staff cannot fault their customer service the 2 female staff behind reception were lovely so friendly the male reception staff also fantastic the reception area is well decorated and very clean with some beautiful furniture pieces the fish tanks in the wall are stunning. We had room 107 which was only 1 floor up in the lift, very large clean rooms with everything you need beds huge and comfortable cannot hear any outside noise, air con works very well. You have tea, coffee and water in the room. Pool area is really clean, plenty of seating, could do with a few more sunbeds. The pool lifeguard is a great man very friendly always came over to speak to us, i left an item of clothing by the pool and he kept it to one side for me and came looking for me to give it me back which i thought was lovely and an amazing memory to remember who it belonged to. You can grab drinks and snacks from La Brasserie restaurant and they will bring it to the pool. The beach could do with some more sunbeds for guests, too many want to use it and there was only a few sunbeds the other half of beach belongs to a beach club and you have to pay. You also cannot take drinks on to the beach but you also cannot buy from the bar we had to be taken to bar by beach security the rules are strange maybe they need changing slightly as the beach is lovely but its confusing for hotel guests maybe put a sign up for hotel guests, the vibe is good here music is great we arrived the same day kube wave event was on and it was a god vibe allday. We ate at La Brasserie restaurant every night as the food is amazing and the portions are very big. Highly recommend the food and the staff are fantastic with great hospitality especially the one young man he was amazing always had a chat with us about football etc. The cheese springs rolls are amazing also the kebabs they are huge. The food prices are good for a hotel very similar cost to what we pay in the uk for a meal out, we also had breakfast here small choice but it was enough for us. We also had drinks in shift 7 the barmans really friendly, the bar is very clean, some amazing interiror the view overlooking the sea is great. If you require a shop you either need to jump in an uber to Lulus supermarket which is about 5 minutes in car or if you walk out of reception doors turn right head up the dual carriagways there is a small supermarket in walking distance. Hotel is a great location from the airport only a short drive away. Malls are quite local to if you jump in a uber. Had an amazing time here hated leaving to go home if we visit again we will definatley use this hotel. The hospitality is faultless thankyou for an amazing stay.

Cet hôtel est très nouveau, la chambre est également super grande, il est nouveau décoré! Il y a un bar en bas, beaucoup de belles soeurs, la décoration peut aussi, les installations sont nouvelles, la chambre est vraiment grande, le lit de maïs, je me sens bien

Le 9 octobre 2022 à 15 heures, j'ai visité un ami qui est entré dans l'une de leurs chambres pour m'aider à réparer quelque chose avec mon instrument musical. Il y a un personnel de sécurité dans un uniforme de sécurité bleu clair qui vous regardera avec impatience, ce qui est très rude. Ce personnel de sécurité rusé m'a arrêté et m'a demandé un ID (aucune nouvelle saluer) Je suis allé à la réception et je l'ai remis pour vérification qui est je crois qu'il est un Standard de politique d'hôtel et je comprends depuis que j'ai travaillé pour presque tous les jours. Toutes les 5-Star Luxury Hotels & Resorts ici au Bahreïn, puis soudainement les choses sont devenues confuses. Le personnel de la réception que j'ai remis mon ID m'a dit que la chambre était réservée pour 2 personnes/pax, je me dis bien et il m'a dit de payer pour la somme de Douze Bahraini Dinars (BHD 12) puis je me demandai «pour quoi payer pour 12 BHD? « Alors le récepteur a répondu « Oui, pour la visite vous devez payer BHD 12 » et j'ai été choqué ! Je lui ai dit que c'était la première fois que j'ai rencontré une telle chose ! J'ai travaillé dans quatre saisons, The Ritz, Sofitel, mais je n'ai jamais rencontré un visiteur pour visiter un ami. Mais le récepteur a une bonne réponse de suivi, Il a dit «Ce sont des hôtels coûteux? Nous sommes un hôtel bon marché, c'est pourquoi nous chargeons un visiteur pour cela” et j'ai été comme, ”Wallah... Bravo” Ils m'ont laissé aller, mais dans une condition de séjour seulement pour 5 minutes. Et oui, après 5 minutes, ils ont appelé la chambre et ont été en chambre avec un homme de sécurité et un homme arabe parlant et regardant portant un t-shirt noir et des jeans ordinaires. Ils dépendent seulement de leur horaire de travail de 15 heures à l'avance.

Nous avons visité cet hôtel le 1er avril 2019. L'hôtel est modeste mais intéressant. Ils étaient sur le système de petit déjeuner-super. À mon avis, c'est exactement ce qu'il convient. Parce qu'ils prennent des bus à partir de 9h et prennent jusqu'à 13.00 (comme). En outre, nous avons fait des tours dans la ville, comme Guide nous l'a offert pour des prix fous. Plus précisément, nous n'avons pas pris les tours, mais nous avons regardé le web où et quoi, et nous avons fait des bus. La cuisine après la Turquie Bien, très modeste, le choix des plats est petit mais aussi le repos budgétaire, il faut comprendre. Vous ne devez pas rester faim. Pas de revendications! Les chambres sont petites mais dans votre propre style oriental, très belle! Conder travaille, mais nous ne pouvions pas comprendre la gestion depuis longtemps. Sur la fille respiratoire Russe-parlant, tout est culturel et mignon. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons failli dormir. Le vol était lourd, bien sûr. Nous nous sommes réveillés seulement le soir et il y a eu une tempête de sable, un peu. Très intéressant. Le matin - comme rien ne s'est passé. Bvhrain est une petite île, et Manama est particulièrement, mais les gens sont bienvenus. particulièrement les hindous. Aidez-moi, suggérez-moi, dites-moi. Nous avons acheté du fromage en Australie, c'était magique, jusqu'à présent rien ne peut être comparé à cela. Résultat: Hôtel -4 (il est permis de fumer, et il y a fumer sur les corridors marche. Il y a aussi un club sur 2 comme le sol, si un peu bruyant, mais nous avons la chambre sur l'autre côté), Alimentation - 3+++, service 5, tour +/-

Accueil exzellent et rapide, service exemplaire, pool et lieux de récréation disponibles et très propres, emplacement idéal pour des voyages d'affaire. SPA disponible, moyens de transport toujours disponibles, grande variété de nourriture.

We were at the Art hotel for a brunch and pool day, rather than to stay. We were excited to visit the hotel which gets great reviews, and it’s often hard to separate the reviews for staying at a hotel, with those for simply dining or using the facilities. Our expectations were high, we were left very disappointed. Here’s why; - first, before the bad, let’s quickly cover the good…the buffet brunch in Choices looks good and probably half of the brunch on offer is above average for the food typically available at these mass events. The fish, sushi, cooked meats and dim sum were all good. The food is better than most brunches - Now the bad…first, one of the reasons for attending a brunch at these big family resort hotels is the benefit of the access that comes with the brunch-pool, beach and critically kids club. We checked these facilities were included when we booked the day before the brunch, however when we arrived with our 5-year-old and asked where we’d find the kids club, we were informed that the rules had changed (in 24 hours?) and it was no longer included. For us this is a big problem, our son can’t sit a watch people eat for 3 hours, and loves a kids club. Ultimately, we were given access, however this involved several “approval” phone calls, and rather than guests prioritized to have a great time, we were left feeling like we were taking advantage, cheating them, and somehow doing something wrong. If it’s not included, tell us when we book, we won’t book, no problem. Don’t make your guests feel like this - Many things in the restaurant area diminish the dining experience…the room overall is pretty devoid of atmosphere, but the main issue is an unpleasant lingering smell in various areas…having been there through brunch we concluded it was the cleaning materials and stinky mop being brought out throughout the brunch sitting (unless there’s a good reason why do this when there’s a restaurant full of people?!) - The security levels in the hotel make you constantly feel like you’re being watched. We’re clear what’s included with our day, so, why have every individual member of the family independently sign in to the outdoor pool area? No other premium hotel does this. Why search every bag going out to the pool? Again, no other premium hotel does this. Through all the security, beyond the kids club experience, again we were made to feel unwelcome, and like an inconvenience for the staff. No one at the hotel outside of the restaurant made any obvious effort to help us have a great experience - The changing rooms in the pool area are run down, and inappropriate for the customer. 4 showers but only room for two people to change? The cleaner insistent on being there mopping the floor around us while we tried to change, and leaving the door open - really poor - Despite the over-attention on security, there’s a lack of attention on safety…while there are staff drying already dry floors in the change rooms the surroundings of the pool were extremel
