Completely updated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home that has been beautifully renovated and furnished in a modern coastal design. There is plenty of seating on the huge, comfortable sectional in the living room allowing you to lounge, watch tv, or play some board games. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and huge walk in closet that can double up as a workspace if needed. Upstairs you will find the additional 2 bedrooms that are furnished with full over full bunk beds and brand new, super comfortable memory foam mattresses.
The outdoor area is beautifully lit with ambient patio lights and has comfortable RH sofa and chairs, patio table, pool loungers, and a Weber grill. The pool is heated during the “cooler” months so you can enjoy it year round! Right outside the screened in area you will find the home sits on a peaceful and serene lake, allowing for privacy and views outside the dining room where you can also sit by the propane fire pit with your toes in the sand. Back inside the home, the kitchen has all of your cooking essentials, utensils, dishes and updated appliances. The laundry room is also available for your use. You’ll never want to leave the home!
