Il y avait un snafu à l'enregistrement alors que je traînais mes bagages dans la chambre du deuxième étage (ou du premier au Royaume-Uni), seulement pour trouver un autre invité et son chien dans la chambre. Ensuite, on m'a donné une chambre au premier (ou au rez-de-chaussée). La chambre est de taille correcte et le petit bureau est en fait assez grand pour travailler avec votre ordinateur portable. Pour le prix, cet endroit est correct. Sur les principales lignes de bus.

Kay absolutely outstanding service. She always got a smile whilst I’ve stayed here I witnessed her getting challenged by difficult customers and she was great at dealing with them. 10 out of 10 Helping a guest in the photo such a pleasure to have working at your establishment.

Kay and staff were so nice and friendly. The hotel is basic but the staff make up for it. Did have to wait for a beer because Kay was in the kitchen cooking. She is a credit to your company ....................................................................................

The shower wasn't working, the soap and shower gel dispenser were not working. in the absence of working dispensers, the staff gave us 2 mugs filled with liquid to wash ourselves with... ONGOING COMPLAINT. STILL NO RESOLUTION.

We only booked this hotel as there wasn't anything available at a reasonable price in a Premier Inn. It's quite dated and our room was small. That said, we would stay again if it came to it, but only if not planning to spend any time in the room. We didn't eat there as it was too depressing, but getting into the city centre was easy by bus. The staff were nice and the bed was comfortable enough. No air con as such but kept the window open.
