Avis : Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central

La chambre d'hôtel n'est pas très grande, mais le service de la belle femme à la réception lors de l'enregistrement était très bon et patient. L'environnement gastronomique de l'hôtel est également très bon. Bref, je choisirai quand même de rester ici quand Je vais à Manchester City dans le futur. C'est aussi très pratique pour voyager et est proche d'Oxford Road. La gare est à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 900 mètres, ce qui est très bien.

C'est un séjour confortable et le transport est très pratique. Il y a un bus n°2 gratuit depuis la gare de Piccadilly.

Les installations sont moyennes. Il est recommandé, s'il y a deux personnes dans chaque chambre, de mettre une chaise supplémentaire pour qu'une personne n'ait pas à s'asseoir et à rester seule. De plus, ce sera plus agréable s'il y a deux bouteilles d'eau. , afin de ne pas faire bouillir l'eau et de devoir attendre qu'elle refroidisse avant de la boire.

Si vous souhaitez aller à un concert, choisissez un hôtel à proximité🏨Vous pouvez vous promener, l'emplacement est bon

The queue to check in was ridiculous. It took 25 minutes. The rooms are very dated. The air conditioning didn't work. We did complain when we arrived and it was corrected but when we needed it in the evening it kept bleeping so had to switch it off. When we came back to the room we were greeted by moths as seen in the picture even though the windows were closed and the duvet cover was stained. It was after midnight so didn't bother to complain as we thought the hotel would be full judging by the number of people at check in. Worst stay in a hotel in a while. I do not recommend.

This is the 2 nd time to visit after a trip in Mallorca, the room is smaller than last time on 2nd floor, And there is no fridge in the room otherwise everything is perfect . The Indian lady reception and the Hong Konger staff are very helpful and thoughtfulness

Excellent value for money. Staff were helpful. Ate in the restaurant , food was good, quick service and kids menu available. Good morning breakfast with plenty to choose from. Air con amd heating in the room

The staff showed no flexibility whatsoever. I mistakenly booked for the wrong day and subsequently corrected my reservation for the following day, yet they refused to approve a refund for the initial date. Additionally, I found rubbish in the room that had not been cleared since the previous summer. Upon informing reception, I was instructed to dispose of it myself outside. This has been the worst service I have encountered at a Leonardo hotel. It used to be my first choice in every city I visited, but I no longer believe that will be the case.

Went to a show at Bridgewater Hall very close by. Enjoyable stay

I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The check-in was delayed due to a system failure, which wasted a lot of time. The room amenities were basic, with no complimentary bottled water provided. Most frustrating was the shower — very low water pressure and unstable temperature made it uncomfortable and affected my sleep. The manager was apologetic but explained the hotel was fully booked, so no room change or maintenance fix was possible over the weekend. For the price paid, I expected better quality and service. I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.

Cosy rooms, a little small hence 3 pax with large bags may be a little tight. Convenient to Deansgate and shopping area plus to University area. Rest is lovely.

I stayed here with my daughter as she had a cheerleading competition. The hotel was located within a stone throw away of the venue. The reception staff were amazing. The breakfast staff was rushed off their feet and they had ran out of quite a few things when we went for breakfast
