I recently stayed at the Heaton Park Premier Inn with family and we had a brilliant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for our plans. A special mention to Elena, who truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine, and she really made our stay feel that much better. Thank you again, Elena! We’ll definitely be back.

I was welcomed by a lovely lady called Elena on reception she was a credit to the company, so very pleasant and helpful, our bedroom was great and we had everything we needed First time staying at a premier inn and it certainly won’t be our last with welcoming staff thank you

Bogdan provided us a very warm welcome at Heaton Park, Manchester. And kindly booked our breakfast and dinner reservations. Great hotel. Always enjoy the Beefeater meals. Thank you! Triple AAA+++. Highly recommend. Good area and generally quite quick to get from one port of city to another.

Spent a couple nights in this hotel as my flight has been delayed and loved it. The room was nice and tidy, clean and comfortable. Elena was at the reception and helped me with a last minute booking. She was very nice and funny, even suggested me a few places to go to while I'm there. Was a great stay, thanks Elena.

The Hotel was very clean and tidy really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great Eleina on the front desk was lovely she was very helpful would definitely come back. I also had food in the beefeater which was recommended by Eleina and I couldn’t fault it.

This hotel ticks all the right boxes for me. I often stay there, as a friend lives nearby. In addition, it's opposite Heaton Park, Manchester's biggest park, which is great for walks; and it's easy to get into the city centre on the Metrolink tram. If you prefer to drive, the hotel has enough parking. The hotel is on a busy road, so I asked the helpful and friendly receptionist, Elena, to give me a quiet room at the back, with a bath (many of the rooms only have a shower). She was happy to do so. The room was clean and well kept and the bed was comfortable. Rooms at this hotel don't have air conditioning, but that wasn't an issue on this occasion and isn't for most of the year. Breakfast was served at the pub restaurant next door. There was a good range of options, though I only went for continental breakfast, which includes cereal. Porridge was provided on request. I will certainly be staying here again.

Very good location with easy access to motorways, plenty of parking. As always comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Mary on reception made us feel very welcome. We went to The AO arena for the evening and the tram stop 10 minutes walk down the road makes it a really easy to use for the evening if you have an event at The AO.

The stay at Premier Inn Heaton Park was fantastic. Seeing Elena,the receptionist was one of the best parts of the day. She was so kind,helpful and gave fantastic suggestions. When we return to Manchester, we will defeinitely stay at the Premier Inn.
