The stay was comfortable and the services were timely. Since this is located in city centre, attractions were at accessible distance. Would recommend to stay here if you’re planning to explore the city. The hotel has a decent spread of breakfast buffet too!

Age Old Hotel rooms are having only Window AC. Bathroom door lock was not functioning. Bed above wall was head oil marks & faded paints. Full of noise. Unable to sleep peacefully. Hotel room outside to lift walking area is full of dust & sand. 2 rooms got changed still window AC is making high noise. Wrost complementary breakfast. Only chapti & idly served. Bad taste. They charge Rs.4500 per day not at all worth.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Bathroom are dirty and not maintained well. Poor quality escalators. food quality poor. Hotel is heavily overpriced. room service poor. only positive point is ,it is in the city centre

I called this hotel 2 days before my journey to book ac economy room and they confirmed the same. After reaching the hotel they told me that I have to stay in non AC room till afternoon and only after that they shifted us to AC room. AC room window had a gap due to which AC cooling was not effective. They didn't even provide a proper remote for my kids to watch cartoon. Unpleasant experience overall. Only plue point was the location and the decent complimentary breakfast.

We occupied the SUITE room no. 605. The room is not as good to the standard of Suite room & the higher rent of Rs. 8,000/- for a day. The horrible thing is the bathroom has a tub bath which leaks & entire bathroom floor is filled with water. There is no head shower & the only hand shower is leaking & water is thrown in random directions. Even after complaing we have not got the towels & bathroom mats. When complained regarding the same & de***ded for the well maintained room no. 603, the reception people does not respond properly & throw the responsiblity on the floor ***ager Mr. Satish Shetty whereas Mr. Satish throws the ball towards the reception & no one cares for the customers. Overall experience is very poor!

Rooms are very basic and not so tidy. Basic facilities are missing . It's not worth for price paid. Good part is connectivity. It's close to ***y restaurants, which is important to tourist. Overall experience was just fine. Would not prefer to visit again.

Soft spoken staff and the room was clean. They even helped me to get back my file which has been left in the hotel itself. Thank you for the support and I wish to come again but water problem was there in the first but later it was corrected

My best experience till date, i visited it 3 times earlier and the service is excellent. Now in 2023, i have again booked a room for my 4th visit. The staff very cooperative and took extremely good care of my 81 year old mother, hats off to you.
