Welcome to our Oasis in the heads!
Boutique accomodation with 2 “Ecospace” tiny homes, and a converted double 40ft container home.
This is the perfect getaway for families, and groups to relax and unwind in nature.
Set in a private rural setting, with multiple communal spaces and amenities to enjoy on site.
Just 2 mins drive to the surf beach, Heads township, and golf course, it is a great base for exploring the wonders of Magical Mangawhai and all that the Northern region has to offer.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Guests must remove all rubbish off site prior to departure using either the wheely bin or rubbish / recycling bags bought from four square..Please strip sheets off bed and place in a pile with the towels and other laundry ready for our cleaner.,Please ensure you clean the BBQ and outdoor kitchen area after each use, ready for the next guest to enjoy..About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great Setup
Our family stayed here for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Having seperate dwellings gave everyone a little space and made it more fun. Good spot.

True Oasis! Top accomodation
Excellent, Unique accomodation - with private and quiet cabins, which accommodates for larger groups to still split off from one another. Modern and cosy. Would stay here again & highly recommend to others. Communication with property manager was easy and timely. 10/10 accommodation!

Tiny House Stunner
A beautiful location, quite close to beach and food places. Rooms were nice and clean. Spacious for a big family.

Great place
Funky place, great having 3 separate sleeping spaces each with bathroom for our extended family. Great outdoor gathering spot under cover. Highly recommended

I choose the property for the reason that it looked different and separate "buildings) Not the usual. It was great in many ways, however because of the hot weather it was quite hot. Trying not to get mosquitos you could not really open the windows when the lights are on.The kitchen building was good to air. There was also a nice outdoor undercover area with a big table , wooden bench and barbecue plus a drink fridge. The main building had zircon, just as well, because there are no windows. It also has a fire pit, where you could burn some wood and eat marschmallows.

Family getaway
Property lived up to expectations. Worked well with extended famliy. Had a lovely time playing Badminton on the lawn.
