Je suis resté deux jours et le lit était très confortable ! ! J'ai dormi jusqu'à l'aube, le seul inconvénient est que le petit-déjeuner philippin n'est pas habitué aux Chinois, mais l'attitude du personnel de la réception est excellente! En plus de me donner un enregistrement anticipé, j'ai aussi chassé les mendiants. Le prix est très élevé. C'est très proche des sites pittoresques du district de Wangcheng. Il faut environ dix minutes à pied. Si vous voulez acheter des souvenirs, vous pouvez aller au robison place à proximité. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'endroits où manger tard le soir. , Si vous retournez à Manille, vous reviendrez certainement dans cet hôtel !

Rien de spécial mais le prix était raisonnable et apprécié le petit déjeuner buffet.

Revenant toujours dans cet hôtel même après avoir changé de nom. l'emplacement est pratique, surtout si vous allez à votre entretien à l'ambassade des États-Unis ou si vous allez vous faire soigner à st. Lukes veut juste se détendre car il est proche des établissements. Le personnel est courtois, bravo à la réception qui va au-delà de ses fonctions pour vous aider Neil, Jhessa et Jess sont géniaux ! Le petit déjeuner buffet me fait me sentir chez moi ! Les spécialités locales sont délicieuses! Ce que j'ai observé cependant, c'est que l'équipe de service n'est attentive qu'à ceux qui donnent des pourboires. Ils ne peuvent pas s'éloigner à côté de la personne qui donne des pourboires, nettoie ses assiettes tout le temps, lui offre de la nourriture et lui accorde même une attention toute particulière à chaque fois qu'elle vient. C'était tellement évident ! Nous payons aussi des clients ! Cela ne me dérange pas de donner des pourboires si le service est exceptionnel. Je vous souhaite de traiter tout le monde équitablement. Je reviendrai quand même dans cet hôtel car il me procure une sensation de détente et le prix est correct.

La nourriture qu'ils servent est bonne et la chambre est très confortable. L'hôtel est très accessible et le personnel est très accessible. Nous reviendrons sûrement ici.

When I checked in, the amenities and breakfast schedule were not explained to me and I had to ask before it was discussed. The room itself was poor. It was extremely hot despite the AC being turned on max (the AC was just too weak and old). There was a giant cement pillar in the middle of the room which was a hassle to go around when going around the room. The pillow was small and tough, and the blanket too small. There were no free hotel slippers. Shower had good water pressure and the water temperature was comfortable. The provided shampoo and shower gel were extremely diluted. I was woken up in the morning by construction noises outside the window. Breakfast buffet was low-mid tier. Food was extremely average to poor. The manager (?) lady kept shouting and scolding the servers which ruined the atmosphere of the dining area. They also did not refill the empty food dishes in the buffet, so plenty choices were unavailable. Overall I wouldn't book here again. It was an underwhelming experience.

My 2nd time here! I decided to come back to this hotel after my one-week trip to Puerto Galera. The front desk and security remembered me and greeted me warmly. I left my neck pillow the week before and when I inquired this to the front desk, they immediately contacted house keeping and within 20 minutes, brought the neck pillow to my room. Can't find any fault in the service. The location is also superb, I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Manila!

Location is good (near mall), but the hotel itself is run down and dirty.

Very accessible to the tge city

This has been our 4th stay in this hotel. We like the accessibility of the location and the courteous staff.

Everything was good it's just that there is a coincidental road works just outside room and it was noisy.

The hotel is close to all the attractions in the city and there are 24-hour convenience stores nearby

I had a great stay at Manila Lotus Hotel. The location is super convenient, especially if you need to be near the US Embassy. The staff were very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The room was well-maintained and spotless, which made for a really comfortable experience. Definitely worth considering if you’re in the area!”
