The sensor-based toilet, automatic curtains, and seamless controls make everything effortless. The full-window town view is stunning, perfect for capturing breathtaking mountain shots. YYaya ZiziTransport in this smaller town is not great but the staff here have been very helpful. They try very hard to assist in ways they can, especially to 'Cai' (chinese character meaning colour). They even manage to make a birthday cake on the day for a family member and provided their well wishes. A gentleman knew a bit of English which was taken by surprise. As foreign travellers, we did need alot of assistance and the staff was very willing to help. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast selection was great and hotel was clean. It was a very nice place to stay!

IInvitéLorsque je faisais le séjour, la sœur de la réception répondait avec impatience à toutes les questions et recommandait également en profondeur les endroits amusants qui se trouvent autour. Je n'ai pas été prudent à laisser l'eau, j'ai appelé le service de la chambre d'hôtes, le personnel est arrivé rapidement, non seulement pour nettoyer rapidement, mais aussi pour me conforter à ne pas m'en soucier, l'attitude modérée et gentille. Pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, indépendamment de la question de la détresse, le serveur a répondu positivement, toujours avec un sourire honnête, je me sens aussi confortable à la maison. Je suis vraiment heureux de l'honorable serveur de l'hôtel, reviens la prochaine fois!

Booked a smoking room without realizing,but they were kind enough to let us switch to a non-smoking room on our second night. Smoke scent still too strong in the hallway.
Service is nice. Patient enough to communicate with us through google translate.
We were on the 15th floor so the view was great.

UUtilisateur anonyme這次春節帶着媽媽在宜必思住了五天，非常滿意。房間乾淨整潔，打掃衞生十分及時，床品也十分舒適。有電動窗簾、智能馬桶，天氣冷的時候，服務員給送來電熱暖氣，屋子一下子就暖了。最好的是，每個服務人員都非常熱情，遠遠的見到就會笑着打招呼，有種賓至如歸的感覺。來茂名玩，真的非常推薦這裏。樓下就有東園酒樓飲茶，還有電影院。太方便了。對了。早餐也特別好吃，吃得非常舒服。前台小禧、小潘人都非常好，有什麼需求都馬上給解決。下次來茂名還會住這裏

LLiLiHoI had a wonderful one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s expansive garden, with its beautiful landscaping, was a highlight—a perfect oasis for relaxation and a refreshing escape from the busy city. I highly recommend the Sheraton for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay!

IInvitéI went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there.
As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers.
The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed.
The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence.
Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go.
Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

À la mer, il est très pratique de voir la mer. Il y a beaucoup de soirées délicieuses et de petits aliments à proximité, il est très pratique de manger, en particulier, il est recommandé d'héberger cet hôtel, il est crédible.

MMoxigetiaodoubaobaoC'est le plus récent hôtel de la première plage de Chine à partir de la plage et du centre-ville. Le parking est gratuit, la chambre est propre et l'hygiène est propre, le service de la réception est enthousiaste. Nous avons changé les deux chambres qui peuvent être voisines et peuvent regarder directement le paysage de la mer à partir du balcon. La seule insuffisance est que la chambre est proche de la pression. La nuit est très bruyante, les autres sont excellents, il y a un petit-déjeuner!
