IInvitéThis is our third trip back to Huazhou visiting families. We have stayed at Paco during all these visits. It is a very friendly and well equipped hotel, good value for money. River view rooms on high floor are excellent. Staff are attentive and polite. Rooms are kept very clean. Location is perfect for us to take a good jog along the river to the tower in the morning.

YYaya ZiziTransport in this smaller town is not great but the staff here have been very helpful. They try very hard to assist in ways they can, especially to 'Cai' (chinese character meaning colour). They even manage to make a birthday cake on the day for a family member and provided their well wishes. A gentleman knew a bit of English which was taken by surprise. As foreign travellers, we did need alot of assistance and the staff was very willing to help. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast selection was great and hotel was clean. It was a very nice place to stay!

LLiLiHoLa chambre était sans place, moderne et exceptionnellement bien entretenue, créant une atmosphère confortable et invitante. Le jardin étendu de l'hôtel, avec son magnifique paysage, était un oasis parfait pour la relaxation et une évasion refroidissante de la ville occupée. Je recommande vivement le Sheraton pour tout le monde à la recherche d'un séjour réjuvenant et agréable !

Booked a smoking room without realizing,but they were kind enough to let us switch to a non-smoking room on our second night. Smoke scent still too strong in the hallway.
Service is nice. Patient enough to communicate with us through google translate.
We were on the 15th floor so the view was great.

IInvitéI went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there.
As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers.
The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed.
The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence.
Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go.
Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

IInvitéLa sécurité est bonne, la vie privée est bonne. La soeur de la réception est très généreuse et a également donné quelques conseils de marche. Pour éviter quelques attractions, il y a un meilleur voyage. La plage vaut la peine d'aller, le sable est très beau. Il y a un hôtel de fruits de mer bon marché près de l'hôtel, pas besoin de manger dans la plage. Merci, mademoiselle.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bon marché sur la première étage. Il est de la première classe de paysage marin. Vous pouvez voir le soleil sortir et descendre vers la plage est trop pratique.
C'est que les installations sont plus anciennes. Lavage de nuit et de soir n'est pas très chaud. Je ne sais pas si c'est un dispositif solaire de chauffage? En général, l'assainissement peut être vu sur la poignée de la poignée, c'est le type de poignée propre ou le type de poignée non lavée.
Enfin, cet hôtel n'avait pas de service, mais parce que mon véhicule était suspecté de être détruit, je suis venu chercher la serveuse de la réception pour contrôler la surveillance. Le processus est nécessaire, très patient, la sécurité de la porte est très enthousiaste, donc je donne ce service à 💯.
