Alenz Suite

Fiest time at alenz with family of 4 we lives the place. Rooms are big and cleaned everyday . Around the pool activities are enjoyable my grandson loved the entertainment . Service nice staff works hard . We loved Mehmet waiter rahman bar manager . Entertainment team chucking and his team keep us entertained . We will be back next year !

Good staff food is amazing clean rooms staff could not do more for you . Bar and restaurant staff so friendly . Bar manager Rahman solve everything . Entertainment team very good everyone involved . We already planing to book next year .

Total rip off, we got there during night. Had to pay extra for Air Con and when I went to the room there was 2 single beds in a room and a sofa bed in living room. I had paid for a room for 4 people. I'm a man and was expected to share a sofa bed with a one of my daughters. We had to let one of the daughters stay in another room with my sister and her family. It was hot in the living room at night and no air con in living rooms just in bedroom. I asked for a fan to use and again they charged me about £50 to hire a fan for living room. It was very old and dated anyway and had lots of ants in the room. Do not waste your money they are a total rip off.

The room was very nice, and staff was polite and fun. Hotel rooms were clean and the food was great, we had a great time staying at the Alenz Suite hotel and would recommend anyone with small children as there is entertainment and slides for all ages.

Rooms are big, cleaned upon request. Food is nice recommend the steak. Staff are lovely and very friendly.Cocktails delicious and fair price ! Entertainment team was doin everything u ask for . We will be back next summer !

First time at alenz suite hotel and The rooms were clean service was nice food was really nice entertainment was really good chuckie n sniper done a excellent job . Gogo the waiters always nice to us and helpful . Bar and restaurant manager helped also us lots

Second time we visiting alenz suite and we love the place ! Staff always welcoming and friendly . Service good . Food delicious ! Rooms are big and everything u need for .. entertainment team chuckie and sniper always make our holiday . We already booked for May 2024 ..

Arrived early hours in July myself husband and two daughters, very friendly reception staff had us checked in and to our rooms very quickly we had a one bedtoom apartment which was huge and very clean maid came everyday with clean towels and to clean our room.Myself and my daughter use the spa for a Turkish bath in Alenz which was amazing. The new entertainment team this year, Chucky and the team, are great and very friendly always spoke to us.Food in restaurant was lovely had the Clay pot one night it was so tasty highly recommend it the waffles are amazing too we didn't have one bad meal in Alenz restaurant. Bar staff are friendly Alex is brilliant top lad some days we did wait a while for food it was down to the hotel been so busy . Hair Club which is run by Julia and Speedy and there staff are brilliant top class as usual. Husband has his haircut of Speedy three times in a fortnight !! Pool area is very busy and you did have to be up early for a sunbed like all hotels this time of year it didn't bothered us as we liked it on the Sun terrace better which always had plenty of empty sunbeds available. Will we return definitely next year with more family members.

I am here now and I go home tomorrow night and I have got to say this is the best hotel I have ever been to. Chucky is the best entertainer you can get so funny good with everyone can't fault him. The staff at the hotel are very helpful what ever you need they will sort it. The night manager is a very nice man apart from him shouting at me for having a laser pen what i shouldnt of had 😂😂
