Club Atrium Marmaris

By far the best hotel in turkey! Rooms are always spotless and clean, the food is beautiful, staff are so fun and helpful, and the 3 swimming pools are a bonus. Pool side restaurant, and games going on all day long. Location is amazing, 13 mins to the beach front or just get a scooter/taxi from outside the hotel. 24/7 shop next door, another one the other side and lots of amazing restaurants 2 minutes away. 4th time staying here and I can't wait to go back in 2025

Drinks served were not much alcohol in. Rooms are small. Some of staff were very friendly and helpful but also some that were not.. having to pay for extras . Air con fridge kettle.. only one socket in room . One sheet to lie on with a prison blanket to put over you..

On face hotel looks night , however every night was kept awake by neighbours who sounded like in same room !! If it was not next door guaranteed every night there would be a couple fighting at around 4.00 am , different couples everyday!! However echoed round corridors , needed holiday when got home .. did not eat at hotel but opposite excellent little place “speedies” great breakfast , dinner and cheap Beer 🍺 ( half price of hotel) I have done research this time and not staying here again !!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Rooms basic gap where fridge was then charged us to rent a fridge shocking. Pool rules not adhered to kids pooing In pool regularly and so loud around pool. Guests with ghetto blasters no respect for others. Breakfast shocking uncovered food very basic same every day served in same area as previous nights entertainment, stinking floor sticky tables. Never return.

Best thing about the hotel is the cleaner she was amazing and the pool is cleaned every single night to a high standard but that’s really all it’s got going good for itself Bad points 1 plug in room ?? Had to go buy extension socket Room very dated more like hostel then hotel Breakfast drink machines never working and choices are not great would not bother paying for b&b Kids soft play 200tl for half hour outrageous pricing Had to buy fridge and air con and safe was very expensive should be included Only few staff was friendly like literally 3 people I only talked too No atmosphere at all here did not like it Bar food was often dry or hard or cold Door broke in room phone broke in room toilet leaked Really needs some investment putting into rooms Would not return we made the best we could as a family for the duration but was not the relaxing trip we planned

I booked this holiday with my family, this was a family holiday, due to myself being married. We arrived mid October, myself and my fiancé checked in no problems at all. When my mum got to her room the member of staff said to my mum… “well where’s my tip, I need a tip I brought your bags here” completely in shock! As soon as we were in our apartment, I noticed several things were not to the 4.5/5 rating that this hotel has. My room was covered in mould and stains. In the morning several families and other holiday makers made myself and fiancé aware that the family in the room before had been kicking off at the state of the room and the mould everywhere. I decided to head to reception about this, before I could even complain my fiancé was told he was not allowed to stay in the hotel because he didn’t have a British passport! Yes he’s Turkish! And I’m aware some hotels have this rule! However telling my fiancé to leave and that he wasn’t welcome to stay because he has a Turkish ID card is non the less than ridiculous! I called my agency, as his name was on the booking, the hotel wanted £700 extra for him to stay! I paid £300 for the 2 of us!! Completely refused, in which they offered £25 per night for him to stay, knocking it down to half price! The staff were ignorant, their nose out of joint because we paid the extra to let him stay. Not a single member of staff spoke or looked the road we were on! I refuse to spend a single penny in the hotel after this! Everyday before we were even up and out of bed, there was a note left on our door telling me to get to reception because they wanted the next lot of money! Very greedy! One night we came back, the man in the hotel came running after my husband to put him out the hotel before I quickly told him he was a guest here and had a band on! Again no apology! I actually spoke to the big boss of this hotel prior my holiday, as I enquired about holding the wedding in the hotel, I was quoted £1000 to rent a balcony! The big boss was aware my fiancé was Turkish and we were getting married within the next few days! Again he denied even talking with me, with phone call proof! Then several times we paid a bill and received no change! We always tip! But a lot of the time we didn’t have change, so a lot was left over! On the day of our wedding, staff stood and stared, not helping, congratulating us, they stood and stared with grins on their faces! Completely angering me. When it came time for my husband to leave the hotel, the staff again stood gathering watching and smirking! At an emotional time, I don’t think watching us saying an emotional goodbye was very nice! He was told to go to reception to have his band cut off so he couldn’t enter back into the hotel. My husband felt very uncomfortable in this hotel, making us not wanting to spend any time here, and when we were in the hotel we stayed in our apartment and didn’t leave. I know how it made me feel and I can only imagine how it must have felt for my husba
