The lake has a maximum depth of about eight feet and although the water is quite warm (upper 70's in the summer) it is not ideal for swimming due to its weedy nature. It is excellent for kayaking, paddle boarding and boating. Located just outside the town of Montello, this property is thirty miles from Wisconsin Dells, twenty miles from Green Lake and a short drive to many other exciting Wisconsin attractions and recreational opportunities. Use this private retreat as your base for exploring or just relax on the two hundred square foot deck with expansive lake views.
