Palm Menara Hotel Marrakech

Very good hotel in a good location, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The service is top and the rooms are clean. There are couple of things which requires improvement and attention. 1. The rooms didn't have any drinking water. 2. The rooms didn't have a tea/coffee maker 3. The rooms didn't have any dustbin 4. The bathroom sink tap were lose, broken and leaking 5. The plug sockets are not EU friendly, you will need a 3rd party adaptor to use the plugs. Best Wishes

My hubby and me visited The Palm Menara Cafe in Marrakech . We were noticed by a man from the cafe when we were browsing their menu on the board. It was a mistake for sure. We picked our table and no one bothered to lay the table mats or clean the dusty table. We had to request a lady to do the needful, who also took our order and kindly wiped the table for us and lay only one mat. The food was brought in no time and we reminded for another mat! We had also ordered Tea which we had advised to be served after we finished our food. I think we were only half way through our grub and the tea was served. The waiter also gave us the bill and told us to pay upfront. I said we will pay once we finish, could not understand what he had to say. We were made to feel humiliated enough, so we said will pay on card. The same lady came with the PDQ machine and charged us. We quickly finished our meal and could not wait to get out of an inhuman and inconsiderate place. Would not recommend due to our bad experience.

We are currently staying at the hotel and I would like to point out that the staff are kind but on the whole it is definitely not a 4 star hotel! We have half board and the breakfast and dinner have been the worst we have had in all the hotels in which we have stayed worldwide. At breakfast you are served with little more than sweet pastries, no fresh fruit etc. Tonight there was absolutely no buffet, we were handed a menu with 5 things on it, including dessert of which you had to choose 3 ( dessert was only melon). To our surprise we were served the leftovers from last nights buffet!!! We understand that one should not waste food but this was far over the limit! Our first night was spent with a tv that didn’t work, even after complaining nobody came. They finally did it the next day after the second complaint. The fridge in our bedroom doesn’t work ( we have exterior temperatures of 35-39 degrees) so keeping the water cold is an utmost. The noise from the road below is unbearable and we are on the 5th floor. Whoever is is staying below us must be going crazy. On the whole I definitely would not recommend this hotel!

This is the first time I had breakfast and lunch in this restaurant . The service was amazing and the quality of food speaks for itself . Mounir and kouthar were hands on and delivered exceptional service and were very polite .I shall definitely be visiting again . Thanks to kouthar and mounir . Adam London

We stayed there for 3 nights ( 1 +2 ) at the beginning and end of our tour of Morocco. The hotel is well situated not too far from the major attractions. It is clean and comfortable although our room was rather small .There are larger rooms but you have to pay extra. As our flight was at 23.30 we requested a very late check out and were able to keep our room after paying 40 euros. Fair enough. The breakfast was buffet style and was satisfactory as was the lunch we had on our last day.
